Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandAbout 15 minutes drive to the centre of KK, and only a couple of minutes from large shopping areas. However there is no opportunity to walk due to the lack of footpaths. To get anywhere local you will need transport. The rooftop bar is too loud and way overpriced.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was of a reasonable size with a decent bathroom. Staff were friendly and efficient. Despite being located near a busy junction the room was quiet. An excellent choice if you have your own car or use Grab.

MalaysiaSince it is near to the main road, so light sleepers people may find this aspect bothersome. However, since I am not, I enjoy the stay and not bother with the sound from the main road.
Easy to find, parking is provided for the hotel guest and there will security staff monitor the car during at night. Have cafe which open till 10.30pm and rooftop bar open from 4pm to 12 midnight. Good experience staying here and will stay here in future since it is near to KKIA. Its only 7-8 min drive from the hotel to KKIA. Besides, the hotel also provide shuttle bus services based on first come first serve. The staffs also very friendly and helpful during our stay.
