Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

MalaysiaNo hanger was provided, floor was a bit wet by the time we’ve checked-in. Iron was not able to fully utilize due to there was some sticky thing attached to it which causing unable to fully iron our clothes.
It was convenient , close to other places. House & room was clean.

Hong KongHugh space, there's my 1st time living in that Hugh apartment unit in my holiday time Hugh space condominium with strong powerful air conditioning coverage everywhere in the apartment, each bedroom has individual air conditioning. In apartment all kitchen utensils and induction heat cooker , can make the simple breakfast meals built in washing machine and large refrigerator, microwave there's enough space for 2 pairs of couple or whole family members to hire there. Urban Suite Penang provides large clubhouse facilities, large swimming pools, full equipped of Gym room, study room, meeting room and the game room too. The location is a bit far away from the central George town, every time hangout must need call the local Grab service but in Penang Grab service very lower cost, from condominium get to Penang airport only RM 20. Although Urban Suite condominium a bit away the George downtown area, I still recommend you hire there, you can seat back, truly relaxation in a huge space apartment 😀
