How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The security card for going to others floor. I ve book 2 unit apartment which at different floor. It is difficult to us to go to another room without anysare keys or without your family member fetch u

Maybe a bigger sofa or more seats will be better. Need to repair the shower a bit leaking and water heater in the room malfunction.

highly recommended..my family is very happy to stay here .. big house, clean and comfortable.. sea view and city view... good facilities.. good, friendly host.. easy self check-in.. swimming pool has 2 pools, for children there is a theme park.. and a big pool... free parking and near the lift makes it easy to carry bags.. next time we will stay here again...

i like the view especially that one bedroom where i can see the whole sea view and it was a pleasant time when i woke up and felt the warm sun directly

The day I come, swimming pool is closed for maintainance. It's quite sad because their pool is one of the reason I choose this apartment
Everything are good and exactly same as per picture provided. Stay at 31st floor very remarkable and you can see entire view of Melaka town and straits Melaka.

Detail about the facilities from the staff a bit confusing. Hope this can be improve. Also the information about check in were given a bit late due to the housekeeping, it would be better to give it earlier so that we can plan our stay better.
The facilities were great. Many things to do. The apartment was clean and having 2 parking for my family to park there was a plus too.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay for vacation.Location is nearby jonker street and many foods available around there. Place is clean and kitchen utensils are well prepared.Just a weakness is there is no washing machine available.Btw if there is not necessary then it is not a big deal.

Master bedroom shower hot water cannot use. Facility availability list from owner, is wrong information. Basketball and football court cannot use . Sauna only for owner use . Not enough pillow and blanket, stay 10 people only provide 8 pillow and blanket. One of trouble trouble trouble problem , lift very packed during check in and check out , waiting to 30 minutes.

No washing machine or microwave (very important) , hand held vacuum would of been great with kids, accessing the lift was a joke had to wait 10 to 20mins to get a lift most of the time, getting out of the property with your car was a hassle due to the neighbouring apartment and security during dinner time.

Lift. During check out lift was pack with customer to check out. Owner remind to get early check out due to this reason, but i think it is not fair to check out earlier than 12pm. Plus if you bring along old forks & kids it is not convenience to use staircase to get check out on time 12pm. Very recommended to change check out 1-2pm, to make money worth spent.
The room was clean & comfortable. Pool was enjoyable & the kid very like it.

There is a stench smell from the attached bathroom. The cloth drying place was too too small. The washing machine gave us a motogp sound effect heavier sound real disturbing. Could have provide a small shoe rack. Please attached a wall clock in the unit.
