The lift area smell like sewage. Bomba lift was not safe for used.

The location was slightly away from main tourist spot, which I prefer. The pool was really big, clean and nice.

The water dispenser is not working for cold water and needs extra patience to deal with the tv channel.

Spacious and comfortable. Facilities are almost completed and the unit is clean. Less than 10 minutes to Bandar Hilir and a few minutes to Pantai Klebang. Have 7e and other convenience stores nearby.

-Direction of the parking is sooo bad confusing. Dangerous and can caused an accident if you are not familiar because there's a car right before goin up to next level or exit. -Security guard can't even communicate in English for any enquiries. Made it difficult for first timer.

-The view and cleanliness is good. -Safety is good.

It took us quite awhile to find the place but it has a very nice view. It was easy collecting the keys but not so when parking. We were not sure where to go and who to ask after filling the form. This was not suppose to be that difficult. It can just be better explained so that we won’t waste time finding someone around the building to help us (we went in the evening so the management was closed for the day).

The place is clean and the furniture are all nice and working.

The Lift was terribly packed both check in and out times .had to use staircase although we checked out early 2 hours before the check out time. Had to use the staircase from level 31 to level 5... The second room the water heater was not functioning

Only can stream Youtube on TV. Those who wld like to unwind watching TV/ movies during the stay will be disappointed. Long waiting time to take the elevator during checkout. More than 30mins of waiting & lift very packed.

Apartment was clean. The pool caters to all ages. Kids really enjoyed themselves throughout the stay. Bed was also clean & comfortable.

1) A number of fittings were not suitable - sofa was broken, TV remote was not very responsive, water dispenser had hot water for 2 hot drinks but apartment had 6 bed spaces, water heater did not have enough hot water for one person's shower. 2) Cleanliness was not high - although it was a brand new apartment, tiles in the bathroom already has brown grouting, there were brown stains on water dispenser, common toilet and dining table upon entering, there was a large pile of dirt in the corner near the lamp.

1) View was amazing! 2) Fans, air con, lights were working fine. 3) Thought was given to the decor, it matched the space very well! 4) Kids fuzball table provided hours of fun! Amazing!

The white towels were not fresh white. There were visible shaded stains. Toilet rolls were only 1/2 to 3/4 roll per bathroom. Good if you own a car, cos walking to Jonker Street can be a stretch.

New condo, very nice sea facing swimming pool. High level, excellent views. One bedroom has direct view of the sea. Lots of good restaurants nearby. It's a side of Melaka which I have not experienced. Less busy, more tranquil, away from the buzz of Mahkohta Parade.
