The apartment is amazing! It's very clean and has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. The bed was super comfy and there is a great view of the water and city. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by. The hosts are very friendly and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

Only 2 sunbeds around the pool area and was busy at times so nowhere to lie.not really any bars in the area.

Nothing much of interest in the local area, but Grab taxis are very cheap.

A very nice apartment, with views over the city and straits. Well equipped and comfortable. Check in instructions were very clear. Lovely pool.

Only setback is the building, driving up 6 floor for parking is horrendous. I need to readjust my car every storey i go.

Must arrange luggage storage after ck out in advance . I assumed security would look after for an hour. it's possible only the caretaker with prior arrangement .

The air-con wasn't cool enough & the TV connection takes at least 10 - 15 min to run smoothly if using the Internet browser on the TV.

The view from the room was beautiful both in the day & night! I just loved it. The whole suite had every basic accessories needed which was really helpful. Despite the few minor setbacks I really enjoyed the stay.

Everything was perfect, just a tiny hiccup about check-in, but it was rather related to me not having mobile data to get check-in instructions on time, I am sure that the owner will make sure that all future guests get the instructions for checking in well in advance:)

The view must be one of the best in Penang. The flat is equipped with absolutely anything you may need. The location is perfect. Check-in is efficient. Overall, the apartment gives a very cozy feeling, I already miss my stay there

A bit narrow driving ramp towards carpark. Quite challenging for bigger car.

Strategic location. Clean room and toilet. Functional small kitchen with full equipment. Clear self check in instruction from owner. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back for my next Penang trip.

It's not really walkable distance to the old town. This wasn't too much of a problem as grab is very accessible :)

The studio is on the 29th floor (almost the top floor!) with a great view of Penang bridge and over towards old town. The studio had absolutely everything we needed to stay here for 5 nights (kitchen utensils, washing powder, shower gel, iron, washing machine, clothes hangers - you name it!). The studio was impeccably clean. The bedroom has huge windows, bringing in lots of natural light, especially morning sunlight. We enjoyed the small balcony too. The building has a good swimming pool, gym and table tennis room. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Georgetown. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our messages. He also provided clear instructions for an easy check in.
