It's a steep drive with several turns up to the accommodation. The room and toilet could be improved.

It would be amazing if they can add on the ceiling fan that facing the window... Cause in the day time..the weather is hot... And humid..but during at night it start to chill..if they can add in a ceiling fan on the window side I would be really appreciate

The stairs. Very difficult for me and my family to climb the stairs since i am having knee problem and there were kids in our group. It was very steep road from parking to our villa. It was really difficult with heavy luggage

Awesome place at the top of a steep hill facing Mt Kinabalu. I had an executive suite that had high ceilings and a large balcony with an expansive view of the mountain. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout

The views that this lodge provided were to die for. In-room amenities may seem a little old with time but everything provided was well thought-out for a comfortable stay. I really loved and appreciated the space that the suite provided. A major shoutout to the staff for going above and beyond to make my time here a lot more pleasant. There is no Wifi here, though it is not a bad thing to me at all but may be useful to anybody else considering this property. It is also a steep road up to the lodge, but it is not something that cannot be overcome with a good car or a toughened spirit/pair of legs for those adventurous enough to walk. The on-site staff are also prepared to assist in case of anything.

Lack of privacy since the walls are made of wood, and there are other guests just beside our unit. But the inconvenience is just minor. Nothing to make fuss about.

Breathtaking view of Mt. Kinabalu from our balcony. Extra points for the balcony where we stayed out drinking coffee until midnight. Great service and hospitality by the staff. We had no trouble checking in and out. Complete amenities provided. Will recommend this place to others.

Road to cabin is very steep. Recommend to use high cc car to climb the slope. One of the rooms is infested with ants. We moved to the other rooms. Better if equipped with hair and body shampoo. It comes with a probably all-in-one shampoo, not labelled. Refrigerator is malfunction. Luckily we brought our own ice box and ice. BBQ site is provided. However bbq steel sets are for rent, Rm30 (2 A4 size papers) and Rm15 (A4 size paper). 1 packet charcoal provided, not sure how big pack it is, and not sure whether it comes with firestarter. Bring own lighter.

The view is superb. Wake up with Mount Kinabalu view. All rooms are well equipped with clean bedsheets, blankets and towels. Water heaters functioning well. Cooking and kitchen utensils are very complete. Rice cooker, water heater, bowls, spoons folks, etc. No water and electrical supply issue. Deposit could be given by cash or bank transfer, efficient deposit refund. Recommended for family or group of friends stay.

Need to be careful. Because the hill is very steep to go up to that area. But worth it with a superb view

The view from the room was really beautiful as it is directly facing the Mount Kinabalu. The owners are really friendly & we genuinely enjoyed our stay here even though it is just for 1 night. However be prepared with the very steep hilly one lane road going to the cabin. but no worries, there will be their staff who will guide the traffic 😊😊
