There was often a que for the bathroom as there is only 2 bathrooms in the hostel

Our stay was perfect. We had a large room to ourselves with a big bed. The room was very comfortable and had AC. The kitchen looked well equipped, but we didn't use it. The staff were extremely friendly. We were greeted with the warmest hellos every day. The location was great. Right in the heart of the city. Walking distance from KLCC park and was surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants.

Only problem is the bathrooms , my clothes kept falling on the floor and getting wet even when they were hung up on the hanger so maybe install some shelves or a divider besides that can’t fault this place . Love everything

Friendly cleaners & the old man is nice aswell . Property is close to everything! Shopping centres at every corner , petaling street only 15min walk away if you’re brave enough to face the heat (I rode the scooters out the front). Jalan alor only one street away. The rooms are not to small but enough space to have privacy and space. The locks insure your safety especially being a female solo traveler. Other people staying there were also nice .

It was a bit of a fight to have an available bathroom. Sometimes it was not even possible to go to the toilet at 2am, they were always occupied. We discovered later that there was another room outside the main area with more available toilets and showers.

The location is great even though it was in a parking slot, it made it special. Otherwise, it was close to all the main turistic attractions. The rooms are good and clean. The general atmosphere in the hostel is great, the host is nice and the people staying there were very friendly.

There is a few step climb up before get to the lift entrance. No problem with guest 20 years younger or travel light. The staff is so nice to help me move my luggage. There is no sign of the AO Factory in front of the building, but the security gard quickly apporoach and tell me the hostel is in the 4th floor.

Last day of my trip, flight at 11:45pm. Public Locker in the area cost Myr 120, I got a double bed aircon room for Myr 70 in OA Factory. Owner is very nice, supervise all the cleaning himself, not allow even a piece of hair on the floor he said. Toilets are clean.The hostel is located next to Low Yat Shopping Mall which include a food court in LG, Computer & Cell Phones all floors up. Street food & 7-11 like store ,coin operated laundary closeby. The comment in booking.com about the owner is very True, he offer to take me to the best place for food next time I visit KL, hostel is a very friendly enviroment, the guests are nice too, sharing their experience over the world. I would have stay in the aircon foodcourt ,with a few cold drink instead I stay in my cool room, lying down for a nap watching movies with my ipad with the fast internet inhouse to avoid the hot temperare on the street. My wife and I took a hot shower before geting a Grab to Airport. Be aware some of the accomodation in the city , in and out traffic can be very bad during 4-8pm weekday. This hostel located in a main road, it takes about 20mins to get to the high way. I wonder why this hostel rateing is so High yet the price is so low, Definate a good choice if you are travel in a buget. Recommand if you have a few hours to kill off , store your luggage in OA factory for a few ringet, and enjoy your time in the foodcourt.

The pillows were almost see through they offered zero comfort at night. The cleaners were very loud early in the morning, vacuuming room etc.

Location is super central to Bukit Bintang (main KL shopping area). Facilities were clean. Safe location Pleasant staff.

I extended my stay here first I checked in for the one night then I loved it so much so decided to stay here for more 3 nights, and I met very nice people you'll loved the atmosphere services are also good as per the price on the other hand night life and shopping is the key points and near by all the main attractions and for the transportation it's only 60 meters from the Imbi monorail station and bukit bintang station is only 600 metres from the hostel so just go for it.

There’s a washing machine in the room which disturbed my sleep constantly, it is used for everything in the hostel so it’s on a lot during the day. If you’re an early bird it wouldn’t bother you. But for people like me who like to stay a bit up at night and sleep in the morning, especially since Kuala Lumpur is very hot during the day, it can be a problem.

The staff are really great and very very helpful. The location is perfect as it’s close to everything. The beds were very comfortable and i liked the lock system which made me feel safe. They provide you with a free towel which is not common in most hostels and the kitchen is well equipped.

It’s literally in a parking structure. Only one elevator goes to that floor that would take quite a long time sometimes.

It’s nice to have a private little nook. You can lock the gates which provides a lot of peace and privacy.

The quality of my mattress. Actually, it was my second time being in this hostel, it is generally great and I really recommend it but the quality of my mattress was not got like the previous time. I think this can be a very important factor as directly affect the sleep quality and I kindly ask them to check every single bed.

The owner was there to insure you have the most pleasant experience. A morning breakfast, instructions on visitation to sites, a kitchen, along with satisfying your every need. An A+ to Kevin and thumbs up to his staff. #1 in Malaysia for hostels as far as I am concerned.

The hybrid bathroom/shower areas seemed to be wet at most times. A little bit annoying if you’re trying to stay dry, but just a minor hassle.

Good stay in a nice area of KL. Connection to metro and monorail is close by, although Grab taxi service is probably the best option for getting around. Rooms are a good standard for a hostel at this price point, bed/pod is spacious, with a privacy curtain, secure locker, access to power outlets etc. Staff are able to provide some direction to major sites.

Bed served its purpose and we slept great before our flight! Owners are friendly and speak good English too. AC works great, what more could you need!
