The only thing which could be improved is the number of toilets and bathrooms. For so many rooms / people there were only two toilets and bathrooms they were also combined so it means if someone has gone to take a bath you can't even use the toilet. You have to wait. That's the only inconvenience otherwise this hostel is really worth the money you spend.

The location was simply the best. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The hostel and the room were very neat and clean.

I think just 2 toilet is not enough

Very near to trains station and locals center, tourist streets, food locals, shop stores etc, bunks have light and power energy ( USB connect and plug can use NZ/AUS), wifi good, air conditioning good, can keep luggage if need start at Kuala Lumpur any backpacker travel

There are a few things that can be improved but subjective. The pillow is too soft and a bit worn out, the shower water can be stronger and it may keep the showering process faster.

This place is right at the heart of bukit bintang streets. Everything is close by, the convenience store, restaurants, laundry, and the main tourist attractions. Exceptional customer service well done to Kelvin ( owner ). Very informative about handling your arrival and providing assistance in any circumstances. This place is highly recommended for the tourists that visit Kuala Lumpur for the first time. The Main thing I like the most about this place is the Customer service and the clean toilets regardless of the many people using, and the toilets are always clean.

There was often a que for the bathroom as there is only 2 bathrooms in the hostel

Our stay was perfect. We had a large room to ourselves with a big bed. The room was very comfortable and had AC. The kitchen looked well equipped, but we didn't use it. The staff were extremely friendly. We were greeted with the warmest hellos every day. The location was great. Right in the heart of the city. Walking distance from KLCC park and was surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants.

Only problem is the bathrooms , my clothes kept falling on the floor and getting wet even when they were hung up on the hanger so maybe install some shelves or a divider besides that can’t fault this place . Love everything

Friendly cleaners & the old man is nice aswell . Property is close to everything! Shopping centres at every corner , petaling street only 15min walk away if you’re brave enough to face the heat (I rode the scooters out the front). Jalan alor only one street away. The rooms are not to small but enough space to have privacy and space. The locks insure your safety especially being a female solo traveler. Other people staying there were also nice .

It was a bit of a fight to have an available bathroom. Sometimes it was not even possible to go to the toilet at 2am, they were always occupied. We discovered later that there was another room outside the main area with more available toilets and showers.

The location is great even though it was in a parking slot, it made it special. Otherwise, it was close to all the main turistic attractions. The rooms are good and clean. The general atmosphere in the hostel is great, the host is nice and the people staying there were very friendly.

There is a few step climb up before get to the lift entrance. No problem with guest 20 years younger or travel light. The staff is so nice to help me move my luggage. There is no sign of the AO Factory in front of the building, but the security gard quickly apporoach and tell me the hostel is in the 4th floor.

Last day of my trip, flight at 11:45pm. Public Locker in the area cost Myr 120, I got a double bed aircon room for Myr 70 in OA Factory. Owner is very nice, supervise all the cleaning himself, not allow even a piece of hair on the floor he said. Toilets are clean.The hostel is located next to Low Yat Shopping Mall which include a food court in LG, Computer & Cell Phones all floors up. Street food & 7-11 like store ,coin operated laundary closeby. The comment in booking.com about the owner is very True, he offer to take me to the best place for food next time I visit KL, hostel is a very friendly enviroment, the guests are nice too, sharing their experience over the world. I would have stay in the aircon foodcourt ,with a few cold drink instead I stay in my cool room, lying down for a nap watching movies with my ipad with the fast internet inhouse to avoid the hot temperare on the street. My wife and I took a hot shower before geting a Grab to Airport. Be aware some of the accomodation in the city , in and out traffic can be very bad during 4-8pm weekday. This hostel located in a main road, it takes about 20mins to get to the high way. I wonder why this hostel rateing is so High yet the price is so low, Definate a good choice if you are travel in a buget. Recommand if you have a few hours to kill off , store your luggage in OA factory for a few ringet, and enjoy your time in the foodcourt.

The pillows were almost see through they offered zero comfort at night. The cleaners were very loud early in the morning, vacuuming room etc.

Location is super central to Bukit Bintang (main KL shopping area). Facilities were clean. Safe location Pleasant staff.

I extended my stay here first I checked in for the one night then I loved it so much so decided to stay here for more 3 nights, and I met very nice people you'll loved the atmosphere services are also good as per the price on the other hand night life and shopping is the key points and near by all the main attractions and for the transportation it's only 60 meters from the Imbi monorail station and bukit bintang station is only 600 metres from the hostel so just go for it.
