The room was nice but wasn't very clean, lots of dust, hair in corners of floors, bathroom. The air con was very loud. The check in seemed to be overly complex also with a deposit required, this seemed unecessary - but it was quite a low amount so OK and was give back quickly on check out.

Nice place and staff were very nice, we just stayed for one night on way to somewhere else but it was a good spot for a layover. The beaches and environment was beautiful.

There is a noise coming from the air conditioning probably that is really loud and annoying when you want to sleep. The air conditioning is really old and difficult to handle.

The situation is great as well as the pool and the gym.

Love the beach view. I can see the sunset from my balcony. The staffs are very friendly and they rotate the breakfast menu. I can try different food and local cuisines

Although it is a beautiful hotel, it is getting a little old for a 4-star hotel. The bathroom wasn't as clean as we hoped, with mold on the sides and hair in the shower. Moreover, you cannot swim in the sea due to the tides, they advertise it as close to the sea, which it is, but you are not allowed to swim. They do not sell any alcohol because of religion and the breakfast buffet was more Indian/Malaysian then Western and not a lot of variation. Coffee was horrible.

The room was nice and big, the bed was large and comfortable and the service at check-in was friendly. The staff overall is friendly as well.

Low water pressure in my room. My friend’s room water pressure was ok. But it’s not a big deal.

1) pillow cases smell and didn’t think all were changed and was better after requested for change of pillow case. 2)Was told to wait for room to be checked before being able to check out.

Value for money. Nice quiet hotel. Location far from Cenang Beach but rented a car to drive anyway.

It was a bit far away from Pentai Cenang so you’d have to take a scooter or Grab every time you wanna go there. Which is about 20-25 minutes.

Great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday on Langkawi.

The beach was the muddy kind, so we can't really swim in it. Also, the hotel is not near the main town so you will need to drive or take a cab outside.

We loved the pool and the view from the dining area! Our rooms were also facing the sea which was a huge plus. Rooms were clean and huge. We also enjoyed the nice spread of different cuisines for breakfast. We were also hooked on the french fries from the hotel restaurant. They were really delicious. Service was great, they attended to our needs really quick.

We felt cheated a bit as we were looking for a hotel that is seafront where we able to swim and take a dip in the sea. Got to make it clear in the advertisement and included into the description
