Great location which is close to airport and attractions. staff are really helpful and friendly. The set menu is excellent too!

I had a burnt iron and locked safe but they came within 10 to 15 minutes of me making the complaint. Wasn't a full sea view unfortunately, it was blocked by the trees mainly as we got the nearest block. AC was a bit weak and only really cooled the left side of the room but it wasn't terrible, you just couldn't really sleep well on the right side.

Location was great. You can't swim in the ocean as they've mentioned but the pool is great. Breakfast was nice. Staff was lovely. Deposit return was fast. Bathroom was lovely. Loved that they had a clothes hanger outside

Love how the Villa offers a serene escape :) Definitely look the warm hospitality and warmth from the hotel staff. Not forgetting the spacious room that offers a calm view + bath tub!

There was no option for Vegetarian, jain or Indian food. Also there was misinformation provided by the staffs. Since we are Vegetarians & Jains, we had specifically asked the chef & the serving staff as well that what food has egg & what food does not have. They informed us that the assorted breads & the muffins were without eggs & rest all had egg. So my family along with my kids had these items from breakfast. On the last day since the breakfast menu was changed, one of my family members asked what items are with egg & what are without egg to the serving staff. To our surprise the staff told us that the muffins & the assorted breads were with egg. when we called for the chef, we were told that he is in a meeting. so the F&B manager came to us & started apologizing for what had happened. When asked them on how could such a thing happen, he very casually said that its a mistake from the staff & I could order anything from the menu that is Vegetarian. I told him that you do not have anything vegetarian in your menu, what do I order. to that he said that this is the best he could offer. This was the most disappointing part of the stay.

The rooms cupboards and doors were deffo creaking and needs a little updating.

The property had beautiful views, we could see the sea from our room and it was stunning. The breakfast was decent. The swimming pool was nice and the buggy service was always available to pick us up and we didn’t have to wait long. The staff were kind and helpful.

the pool was a bit small for the amount of guests that can stay at the place, considering that the beach cannot be used for swimming. also, the hotel doesn’t serve alcohol so no cocktails by the beach/pool if that’s your style of holiday

Breakfast was included in the room rate, but it was poor and honestly nothing to eat. We skipped breakfast and ate outside restaurant from the second day.

The overall atmosphere was good. Beautiful beach, sunset and garden. Swimming pool was also gorgeous. Room was decently clean with enough space.

I was a bit disappointed to know that it was not allowed to swim at the beach (This was not part of the property description) and the swimming pool was closing quite early (7pm)

I came here for a weekend gateway and the location was perfect! The hotel is quite near from the airport and you are max 20 min drive from many attractions. I never had to wait more than 5 min for a Grab to pick me up. The staff was super kind and helpful with every request we had!!
