Unfortunately the breakfast wasn't ready "at breakfast". Basically the food that normally was supposed to be present, just wasn't there. Someone from the staff came to fix it after checking out time. Likely we came back because our bus was in the evening and the food for "breakfast" was there. We did a "brunch" with coffe, peanut butter bread and instant oatmeal. :) Toilet paper was finished as well :(

The apartment was was lovely and nicely furnished. Washing machine and dryer are a nice addition at 5RM for backpackers like us. The "breakfast" was lovely too.

Not enough breakfast items put out , didn’t get another first morning as a family with 2 kids took all the bread and the sachets of coffee leaving nothing. The sound insulation is not good especially anyone staying upstairs , the noise from the attic, not easy to sleep in in the morning.Value for

The location was excellent, near to many restaurants and also convenience stores. The room itself was basic but serviceable and the air conditioning worked well. All in all a good choice for the budget.

The bed is a bit old (mattress is not flat anymore). There were no staff at the local and a couple had problems with the key for the room and they couldn't contact them by the phone provided (it was 9pm) - I think it's important to have someone available in case of an emergency.

The location is good - walkable distance from the main tourist places. The breakfast consists of bread, spreadable chocolate, peanut butter, soluble coffee and oats available all day. There's washing and drying machine for 5RM.

The beds weren't very comfortable, and the walls are very thin. We could hear any time anyone made a movement there. Someone took some of our food even though it was marked and tied in a bag (not the guest houses fault, just want to remind people that there are still those people out there).

The location was great. Less than 1km from most of the main museums and Riverwalk. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Washer and dryer were available for a minimal cost.

The staff was nowhere to be found. A bad breakfast, and it quickly runs out. The best beach is a 25-minute taxi ride away.

u can hear people at room beside talking. not so privacy. and parking need to pay ya, open parking. u can buy ticket at 7e beside. the place is open so need to be cautious especially for women.

the place is more likely to dorm staying. got 3 toilets so u no need to waiting even the toilet is for share. got many facilities like iron&iron board, hair dryer, instant coffee, water heater, 2 sinks, refrigerator and others. very comfortable

The partitions were very "thin" and I could even hear the other guests walking by. The wooden swing door created quite a loud thud each time it closed. "Breakfast" instant coffee sachets insufficient. Parking became a problem at night because a lot of the parking spaces were taken up by the tables set up by the downstairs restaurant. I had to park on the other side of the adjacent road.

The quick text response on whatsapp since there is no check-in counter. The aircon in my D was good.

It's a bit hot inside - air conditioning is in rooms only. On the other hand there are fans on the second floor which you can switch on if needed.

It's quite comfortable guest house with rooms, kitchen, several bathrooms, free coffee, bread and jams (it's breakfast that is mentioned on booking) and automatic check-in and check-out.

The breakfast was simple but good, only one thing about it was There was no tea, only coffee and also the refills weve irregular so when there wasnt anything we didnt know if its worth it to wait or if its better to buy ourselves our own breakfast. (That wasnt any problem though due to the reachability of 7eleven.)

The location was perfect and there was no street noise in our room. There was enough bathrooms for all habitants (3x) and a little kitchen free to use, even with a fridge. I also liked no shoes policy in the corridor and rooms. In the very same street as the entrance is the best Indian restaurant I have ever been (very popular there) and 7eleven! Also right around the corner is a cute market with another sympathetic restaurants.
