The wifi id a bit slow. Since I am working remotely, it’s a bit hard for me. But overall is okay.

I like the concept of the homestay. It was very pleasant and everything is nice. Cozy and functional.

It would be good to know about self check in beforehand and get the password before arrival. We had to wait in front of the door and WhatsApp the host to be able to check in. The rooms have very thin walls so you can hear all your neighbours. The breakfast was really non-existant. The host told us the breakfast was in the kitchen but all we could find was a single coffee sachet, an empty peanut butter jar and two jars of jam. No bread even. We texted the host and they answered that they will top up but it took them over an hour to do that and they only brought bread which means we could only have some bread with jam and one of us could have coffee and even that was at 11:30. Coffee and peanut butter were never topped up even though we asked (or at least not before we left - check out is at 11). I understand that might be a side hussle for the host but then it would be better not to advertise breakfast if they are not able to ensure its availability. Also , there were a lot of ants in the kitchen area. We didn't intend to cook but if we did, it would be a rather unpleasant expierience.

The rooms are simple but comfy and clean. The bathrooms are nice altough there was no light in one of them. The staff is not on the side but is easy to reach via WhatsApp.

- minus 1 for the check in; if there's a self check in it would be nice to get the door access on the day of arrival; we were waiting around 30 minutes on the front door for a message

- spotlessly clean - aircon, shower, kitchen and room all fine - free bread, tea, coffee and jams - amazing location with the best food around - good wifi

No selipar in toilet..during check out no staff.so i put kad and keys on table inside room. Area door at stairs was slipery..i was down after hit the water at that area. My knee now hurt little bit..pls. beware..

The staff wasnt really comprehensive, the doors couldn’t close properly, so leaving our bags there stress us quite a bit. the shower was in a poor state, breakfast was only bread, coffee and jam, for this price, you know what to expect

The bathrooms were really dirty when we were there. Breakfast - food was gone. Only one loaf of bread for the whole place and 1 little porridge sachet.

Unpleasant odour from other room and highlighted to customer service quick respond to resolve the matter.

1st impression is very good area with air circulation and room air cond works well. Although room no window but it was quiet. Enjoyed comfortable bed and friendly user writing table with small mirror. Provide kettle, cutleries and simple cooking utensils as well as toaster complimentary bread and 3 types jam condiments. Self laundry is available and dryer charge RM5 per use. Nice interior designated sitting area to climb stairs and great location walking distance to food court and nearby Malay restaurant serves local food. Friendly service and quite positive on feedback given.

Good choice for long staying. The premise environment is clean and well manage feels like own home and comfortable bed. Had stayed 3 nights and really recommended. Easy travel conveniently.
