The air-conditioning in the room started leaking badly in the middle of the night, it took the hotel nearly 15 hours to rectify it, in the end we had to change rooms. we found a centipede in one of the two rooms, unfortunately we had to kill it. Most staff were extremely nice, only one chap in the breakfast hall had a bad attitude towards us, I'm not sure why but he was cold and at times quite rude.

especially the beach, it was private and well maintained.

One the worst hotel i ever stayed. They claim they have 24 hours food service, which is not true. All their other service “not available”. Even i saw there are very less guest.

Restaurant bar all close too early. Room furniture outdoor not clean. Have a lot of stain. Waterheater not working well. I paid alot so i expect more. Doesnt feel vvip for the price.

The amenities in the room is weird. Cant use the hair dryer in the bath area as there is no suitable electric plug. But in the room, there is no mirror for proper use of the hair dryer :( Also noise from next villa can be heard in our villa :(

These guys are too relaxed. The floor was wet on check-in and it took us 4 hours to make them come and wipe it. The condition of the room was not 100% - the phone and the speaker didn't work and it took us even more time to get it fixed. Door handle was not fixated and was moving. The bicycle had problems with gear. The prices in the bar are defo not matching with the number of choices and level of service.

The design of the room, offered amenities, facilities - there were a lot of small things that they did. As it's a must for any 5* resort. The main pool area is a perfect place for a party but.. no party though Breakfast was quite good

The location of the resort is really far away from the airport , and that’s really difficult to get a transport to the airport from the resort . The only way we can do is using the resort’s chauffeur which cost us Rm850 a trip.

the hotel should be managed and run profesionally. most of the staf is not well trained to handle its guest except the chef and waiters in the restaurant, and also Encik Wan who take care of the forest. overall the service is below par considering One and Only is an international hotel and resorts products. It is sad that with a such a good location and facilities its failed to blend with a good service offered.

the friendliest staff were the ones at the sporting facility, tennis area.

Beach. Too many rocks unsafe to venture out for a swim. Food and drinks overpriced. A plate of fries will cost RM45. Small bottle of liquor is RM500. Both before taxes. Private pool looks murky. Didn't go in for a dip. Couldn't work out the courage

Service - I had a mishap where the umbrella provided was dirty that when I opened and used it the dirt got into my white dinner top and all of my hands! We had to clean it up cus it was too late for me to change as my guests was arriving . Food - was overall just so so and a bit bland . Not value for money at all !

Definitely undersfaffed. Rule of thumb - reception should answer call within 5 rings. Respond to request is very slow, understandably understaffed. More training needed for staff if One and Only wants to live up to its billing. Requested for breakfast to be served in room at 7am sharp. 7.50am arrived.
