I wish the hotel lobby were more presentable. The hotel concept is really nice, but it's not maintained properly. The rooms look bigger in the pictures, probably because of the wide-angle lens.

The location is fine; it's close to the city, so there's no problem getting a Grab from the hotel. The room is alright, though I hope the hotel cleans the small cushions for every guest because I doubt they look clean judging from the condition of the pillow cushions.

The hallways and staircase area have lingering smoke odor, likely from fellow guests. No daily room cleaning when we stayed.

Good location and the room is clean, great value for money. Bathroom is big with good water pressure and ample pillows. Perfect for a short stay (a couple of nights) if you're visiting relatives during the festive seasons.

Waze does not show the right way to the hotel. Maybe it is not updated in the Waze system. The road to the hotel is a one-way road. Parking our car near the hotel is a bit difficult due to the many Chinese restaurants nearby. We need to wait till most of the shops are closed to get parking. With big luggage is at a disadvantage because there are no lifts to rooms on the upper floor. The brand of the iron is good but does not iron well even though we have turned to the highest.

The room size is just nice for the price we pay. The toilet water pressure is good. The shower is working well. Nice Ground Floor lepak place. Clean room and clean towel. Provided 2 bathrobes in the room. The room door has an alert sound if the door is not locked properly.

Hotel should provide some general guide on nearby attractions for first timer. I enjoyed walking all the way from T1 Terminal to the hotel, visited The Store, KFC, ECO, Pharmacy, Seremban Wet Market, McDonald, SJK (C) Chung Hua Seremban (Primary school), Yum Yum 66 (lots of good food), fruit store selling coconut RM2 and the famous foodcourt just beside the One Heritage Hotel. Seremban1 seems like old town and Serbemban2 seems modern.

It was pretty cosy when i 1st step in. TV was rather small but Aircon is good. Some ink stain on the bedsheet but that is acceptable. After i threw some rubbish, ants and small cockroach appeared. Maybe is my bad habit to eat in the room.

There are no windows, and the air conditioning cannot be adjusted. The staff needs to manually adjust it. It is too cold or too hot.

The toilet didn’t clean up properly, there’s still some dirty stuff around. The door seems like cannot close properly, but actually already locked, it just that it seems unsafe to stay inside the room.

The environment is good and comfortable, especially the chill zone. Even though I only passed through the area, I can see that the area was clean and nice. Besides that I really liked the lights inside my room, it looked warm and cozy.
