Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). MalaysiaNo cool temp in water purifiers/filter/dispenser. They use to have that in the past. No more dispossable slippers being supplied. Aircond temp wasn't cold enough. No more condiments being supplied like in the last time I stay there. No dishwash liquid. They used to had it too.
The safety the hotel provide like unless you had a key card, you can't enter the apartment area

With a little effort from the hotel management in maintaining and ensuring all amenities work, such as fixing the hot water, adding a cooker to the kitchen, and replacing worn-out pillows, these small changes could make a significant difference. All the toilets require thorough cleaning; replacing old silicone with new will make a significant difference
Location Perfect Convenience Perfect Hotel Policy: Perfect Security Perfect I highly recommend this hotel for budget travelers, especially those with kids. It provides convenience with nearby stores like 7-11 and Family Mart, offering a variety of general goods, diverse food options, and a safe environment, making it a hassle-free destination. The city center is easily accessible within 10–20 minutes via Grab Taxi, which I strongly recommend for transportation. The management and reception are laid-back; if you prefer minimal interaction, this is the place for you. Upon check-in, it feels like your own apartment, allowing for a peaceful stay without unnecessary questions. Cleaners visit every morning or afternoon to maintain the cleanliness of your space.

It's basic but that's reflected in the price. The room was clean and fairly comfortable (except for the mattress which was a bit desperate) . It is a good location, right next to Chan Sow Lin railway station. There are laundry facilities in the same building complex and plenty of convenience stores and food vendors close by. Good air conditioning and free WiFi.
