I really love the house alottt.. especially my kids. the homestay comes with Soo Many board games and kids friendly.spacios and clean.the price also very cheap compare to other homestay.quite near to melaka history town.

Water heater not working every time TV box need to upgrade to better machine

We stayed in 2 different apartments in this building, both managed by same company. We had to leave an Airbnb booking last minute because of construction noise and they accomodated us on very short notice. The security is very good, pool is nice. The views for the higher floor apartments are very nice as well. The management company was extremely helpful and timely with communication. Apartments are modern, spacious and clean. Location is quiet and walking distance to the Jonker market. There is an abandoned-looking building right in front of this new modern building but the area in general is very nice and felt safe. There is a couple of small convenience stores and local restaurants you will need to walk to Jonker if you want better selection. We did not mind, it is about 10 minute walk on main road or Grab is super cheap. We stayed for a week and rested in comfort. Recommended if you prefer convenience, quiet and modern facilities.

Perhaps spare keys for the rooms can left inside the apartment as previously we have too wait for few hours for the staff get into ours apartment and unlocked the door one of the bedroom which has been accidentically locked by inside.Overall, it still ok.

Easy to communicate with the staffs and also, the guards allowed ours driver van going inside the building as we'had so much luggage,kids and oldster on our last days stayed there.

Everything was good just minor issue with the hot water dispenser but they do have kettle. If you have baby you need to be prepared. One toilet had no bidet 😔

1) Reported mulfunctioned filter wate machine on day 1, Unfortunately due to long weekend , repair could not take place.Jasmine fr.Management Office responded and sent filter water on the 2nd night. 2) Would be good to fix the tap for Shower lower, it is above the height of average person.

1)Nice 5 Bedded apartment with really comfortable beds. 2)Good location,near Jonkee St,Tengkera, Bandar Hilir, Melaka Raya.Surrounded by plenty good local eateries.

Needs at least a shower curtain to prevent the shower from keeping the toilet bowl area dry. Besides that, nothing needs to be improved.

I think there's a weird smell in the bathrooms. I'm not sure what it is but I don't really like it. So we end up spraying some of the body bath in the bathroom just to make it smell fresh. The aircond is okay but it's not as cold as in the second room. However we didn't feel hot at all.

We are totally in love with how it turned out just like in the picture. It's beautiful, spacious and very clean. We went for 9 people. We had a great time playing all the games they have prepared such as the Jenga, soccer table, game console. The kitchenette is filled with useful appliances such as microwaves, refrigerator, electric stove, pot and small things such as plates, cups etc. Overall it is a good experience. We love the swimming pool and the view from the residence.

The water pressure for the shower is a little weak.

The unit is clean and well maintained, with good amenities including air conditioning, a water filter, dining table, refrigerator and stove.
