MalaysiaNo lift available. Have to bring the luggage by stairs to the 2nd floor. Make sure you travel light. Room quite small, no proper cabinet for you to store your bags or hang your clothes. Perhaps target market is for short term business visit. Pretty decent place.
Close to shops such as Family Mart, Secret Recipe, 7-eleven. It's a shoplot, so I can just park my car nearby the hotel. No trouble to walk long distance from parking lot to the room.

MalaysiaHowever, I find it rather noisy at nighttime due to nearby 24-hour restaurants. It would be beneficial for them to invest in soundproofing the rooms. Additionally, they could consider adding Astro channels for guests' entertainment and improving housekeeping services. Providing reserved parking for guests instead of asking them to pay for parking would also enhance the overall guest experience. Also consider having a closet and baggage rack. Find the room 105 which I stayed was rather small and has limited space.
The Bestari Hotel offers an average standard accommodation option that might be considered slightly overpriced for its nightly rate of RM150+. Despite being a budget hotel, it lacks certain conveniences such as a lift to access rooms, making it less accessible for guests who need assistance with their luggage or for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, basic amenities like an electric kettle and hairdryer are not provided. However, its strategic location near Mydin, a 24-hour Nasi Kandar Restaurant, and SpeedMart 99 is a notable advantage. Within a 1km radius, guests have easy access to various dining options including KFC, Secret Recipe, Zus Coffee, Pizza Hut, as well as essential stores such as pharmacies, Watson, Guardian, and DIY outlets.

Malaysiamy arch enemy - flight of stairs ! this place is located on the 2nd floor. From ground you need to walk up to 1st floor and then you'll arrive at 2nd floor. come to think of it ..if there's a luggage carrying service - it would be nice . especially if large family came with toddlers and small childrens.
Location is perfect! there's self service laundry, hypermart , lots of restaurants nearby,DIY store, even within a stone throw there's a burger stall that operates in the evening . this place is located on top of the bank. this new commercial building has few government agencies nearby. comfortable bed , clean bathroom with strong water pressure. I was a tired after a long drive and had to wake up early in the morning for my appointment nearby.

MalaysiaIt is located at 2nd floor of the building. Since it is a shared building, no lift available to the 2nd floor. The room's door only have 1 lock, which is the push type knob. (It can be easily access by people from outside and not secured for those with small kids since no 2nd security lock to avoid my 4years son from opening the door.) The bathroom door cannot be closed from the outside. Not suitable for those with small kids since the bathroom cannot be closed. There is also window in the bathroom, which facing directly to the road causing insecure when using the toilet especially at night.
The staffs are friendly. The hotel is above the bank. So ATM is easily access. Near family mart, and mr diy for convenience. When arrived, there was pasar malam in front of the hotel. Not hard to park. easy for us to buy food when arrived. Have wifi. Have coway with cold and hot water making baby's milk.

MalaysiaI want to make a complaint and feel dissatisfied because I am not allowed to stay in the hotel because I booked a room for one person, but I brought my mother to accompany me. The reason I booked a room for one person was because I was only staying for one night only. I came from far away to Melaka for work. Imagine I arrived late at night at this hotel because of my trip from Kedah. In a state of exhaustion, I was not allowed to sleep in the hotel room I had booked. I want my money back. How bad the receptionist service was to me.
