It is Best if All the room are soundproof but its ok. U can improved it. Also, if u can give shelter for the dog it Will be very nice too. Thats all Tq so much!

We like the Interior and garden style homestay. Also the friendly customer sevice from start until checked out. Futhermore, we love the view of mount Kinabalu so much in the morning especially. Tq so much for the convenience and warm welcom from you. Hopefully we can stay there for our next holiday Or business trip. Tq so much!!!

We dislike the idea of staying at the ground level of the house as it feels so isolated & quite far. If possible, we would like to stay at a room somewhere at the upper level for a better experience.

Tv no signal, can’t watch tv

Great location. Easily accessible by car with parking spaces. Can view Mount Kinabalu in the morning from the homestay compound :). Stunning view. There are several types of rooms available. Choose the right one for you. We preferred rooms with attached bathroom. The are also, 2 common kitchens available with water filter so plan well if you wish to cook there. Host friendly and helpful.

- No TV remote until I requested - Unreachable through Booking.com chats - no Dining table, have to eat dinner on the floor - lights were blinking like haunted, didn't check before letting guest move in - Booked the A/C room but when I arrived it was just using fans, according to the owner, it was cool enough and no A/C needed and it was Booking.com fault for misleading info. The owner never replied to Booking.com chats for my concerns And no one confirming my room bookings - staircases definitely NOT old folks friendly - no apologies, no WhatsApp replies, no updates for any of your bookings details

The shower is not stable esp when someone else in other room using it. Basically you can't shower if someone is taking a shower. AC in room 5 is very noisy.

It is very clean. Wifi is fast enough. Can see the mountain in front of you! we all have a good sleep because of quietness and comfortable beds.

We arrived and they had no hot water, took them 2 hours to fix it. In the night there were loud people the room above us.

You need transport for easy movement. The homestay is about 15 minutes from Ranau Town and 25 minutes to Kundasang Town.

The majestic view of Mount Kinabalu. The homestay has nice rooms, facilities and services. The host is really helpful and friendly.There are a few attractions nearby such as Arnab Village, Magical Garden, Tambiau Forest Hill, Kopi Apai and Cigar making at Kg Lipasu.

If one does not have a car you are completely cut off. The owner gave us a contact of a taxi driver to take us around. There are no restaurants or cafe to have a nibble nearby. So prepare the get some supplies for supper.

The location is a bit far from Town hence you really need a good GPS system. The rooms are not soundproof so if you are lucky you might hear people snoring but it is just similar to hostel lifestyle. My kids has no complaint.

My kids like the table-tennis and the "wooden piano". The person in charge is very friendly and we had an opportunity to know new friends especially some families from Brunei. My daughter and Son also experienced their 1st ATV ride. Worth trying. Early morning if it is not so cloudy You will definitely see the Peak of Mount Kinabalu. Cooking facilities also provided

The views were awesome but you can't walk anywhere, need a car.

The owners of this beautiful hostel were so very helpful. Really you need a car to stay here, we only stayed 1 night & could not get a taxi from there, the kind owners took us in their own car to the town. They really saved us & helped us book bus tickets. The accommodation is clean & the Vries are spectacular. They have made it feel very homely with the decorations around the garden.
