How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The drainage of the bathroom need to be improve because water quickly inflate during shower. I could hear the snoring sound from the next room. Maybe can consider double wall insulation. Or maybe put the bed against the other wall, or other solution that is cost-reasonable. Part of the wall in the toilet near to the basin has one or two dirty marks. Probably the cleaner didn't see it due to insufficient lighting in front of the basin. Suggest to use brighter light in the washroom. Unlike bedroom, brighter lighting is usually preferred in the bathroom / washroom. Only one room card is provided, this create difficulty when I need to shift things from car to the room, and also when I need to move my things back into the car. I understand this is to avoid waste of electricity by some unthoughtful tenants, hopefully this can be achieved through a creative and more convenient method in future.
I like the general cleanliness of the desk, wardrobe, floor and sufficient chairs (2 chairs) in the room. Staff are friendly and polite. No pub, no night club nearby is a plus for sleep quality. Easy to get a parking lot.

I request double bed instead of two single beds and both the bed and room are specious with chair, sofa chair, cabinet, desk, aircon + fan, good water heater and clean environment. Iron and hair dryer will be provided when request in counter. Have a small kitchen for simple meal preparation. Very comfortable stay in this hotel. Will visit again.

Sound proofing not so good. We can listen to people talking outside our room. I use pantry area conducting online class for university students. Some staff talk and laugh so loud, interrupt my class. May be next time, try to be more empathic toward other people by lower down voices.
Value for money. Walking distance to various restaurants, laundry and convenient convenient shops. Room are clean, pantry provided for guests use so we no need to eat inside our rooms.

Interior design of the rooms & bathroom is super great & comfy. Got TV for entertainment, towels & toiletries; soap, shampoo, shower gel & lotion in bathroom, and cups & glass with instant coffee, including mini refrigerator. Water dispenser & iron with ironing board is near exit staircase. They also sales drinks & maggi cut at lobby. Very close with coffee shop & restaurant for breakfast, lunch & dinner. It's great for short trip stays. Parking lot is just out side the building for those who rent a car for the stays.

I hope that the details about the room is more explained in booking application.
The room is very good, clean and comfortable. Plus the interior design of the room is very nice. I'm happy with the room that I get for the price that I paid.

Overall its good except the wall is a bit thin we hear noise outside the room, and the toiletries are incomplete such as no toothbrush/toothpaste and no toilet paper. However, I didn't ask from receptionist and accepted as it is. The shower is not hot even though we turned on the heater. The room is really nice.
