As I was leaving, I thought “I can see myself living here permanently and being very happy.” There is a calm and a peace to the atmosphere here; I’m not sure what exactly to attribute it to, but I felt so extremely safe and relaxed during my stay here. The staff is wonderful. Genuinely kind-hearted and soft-spoken local staff with the professional manner of a world class location. There are restaurants and a laundromat within walking distance. The rooms and lobbies are immaculately clean and charmingly decorated with cozy appeal.

The space is well-maintained and orderly. The lounge/breakfast area exudes a comfortable atmosphere that we greatly appreciate. The breakfast was satisfying, and the availability of convenient food and hot drinks added to the overall positive experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole vibe of the lodge was delightful, especially in the breakfast area where we gathered and chatted. The food were simple but excellent. The staff was incredibly helpful as well. I will definitely come again.

Bed confirguration in the room is weird. The street in which the hotel is located doesn't feel welcoming, more like an industrial street.

A/C wasn't working at first and they changed us to another room. Beds were comfortable.

The window is to the hallway and the light was turned on quite early. Not the end of the world, but maybe if they had a curtain it would be better.

Breakfast is great. We have no issue whatsoever. The property is new within a new development area with plenty of restaurants around. Other conveniences include a supermarket and two launderettes. It is only a short drive to the waterfront where the seafood restaurants are, and also where the boat jetties are located. Parking is just outside the front door. Everything is convenient.

The price per quality ratio is absolutely amazing. We stayed there 4 nights. Staff is super friendly, rooms are pretty small but with all comforts. Breakfast is great with sweet / salty choices, fresh donuts, fruits, cereals, juices etc. but far away from the jettys but you can take a Grab for 10RM or less to go to semporna centre (better stay away from the traffic and bad smells of jetties area).

We have no issue with this hotel. All was fine.

The breakfast was excellent in terms of variety, particularly the local dish. Locationwise it was okay, manageable. What we like too it is located among shops, many restaurants closeby, next door was a cafe where we spent our afternoon tea.

AC could work a bit better. Grab/maxim required to get to the jetty. A lot of cats are locked in a cage under the stairs, this is sad and causes a bad smell (no smell in the hotel area).

The smell of the ground floor (stairs) is not so good because they have some cats in the cage. But never mind we didn’t smell any bad smell in the second floor.

10 out of 10 worth it! 1. We missed the flight so we arrived at 5 AM. The stuff wait for us to check in. Very appreciated! 2. They help us booked the car to airport. 3. Breakfast is simple but with various choices. Toast/ eggs/ coffee/ ramen/ milk/ soybean milk/ cookies/ neutella.etc. 4. Location: 5 RM to pier by GRAB. Very quiet and peaceful place. There is an Malaysian restaurant and a big supermarket in the same building. 5. They offer free shampoo, shower gel and towels. 6. Every thing is perfect for me with this affordable price.

Unfortunately a small problem with the shower, warm water did not work all the time and small electrical shock when trying it.

Amazing hotel! I was staying with friends in the three bed room and we extended several times. Beds were spacious, very comfortable. Towel and soap is provided. AC and fan working well. Own bathroom was clean. Hangers and rack for drying clothes. Breakfast was the best - milk and cereal, roti, bao, toast etc. Free water refills, coffee and tea throughout the day. Staff is very friendly. There are also lots of kittens outside, they are the cutest :)
