the deluxe was just two small beds pushed together, it was Ramadan so the staff were not as present as I assume they would be year-round, the breakfast was not good, and the kitchen was closed during random times (which might be because of Ramadan)

Pool and beach access were nice. There is only one restaurant within walking distance but it was good!

We didn’t try the breakfast buffet so I can’t comment on that. One point to take note is the cleanliness of the room. When we checked in we notice the duvet, pillows and sheet had dirt on it and hair all over. Same goes with floor, hair and dirt. Would be good if the room was thoroughly cleaned especially the sheets after every guest leaves. Simple coffee sachets available but only one mug provided, we had to request for another one.

This place was very easy to find, just by the roadside, ample parking since it was Ramadan month. Its location was the plus point with the beach right in front of the hotel. You can’t walk down to the beach from the hotel but the accessibility is just a stone throw away. It has a huge pool well maintained. Pool side towel available at the reception counter. However infinity pool was not allowed access (only for certain customers). Room was big and spacious with basic amenities. Has a big balcony but no chairs out to rest and enjoy the good view of the pool and seaside. The shower was spacious, with good quality shower gel, shampoo and hand wash provided. We really enjoyed it. Shower had good water pressure. And yes the lady at the reception counter was very friendly and helpful.

A price rate for a night a bit high lately.

Good accommodation. Nearby beach and stores. Big pool and most clean places. Get a games room and number of indoor games able to play with. Just prepare a penny.

My son enjoys the pool and the room is spacious and safe to swim. The beach also is quite near and quite private. The hotel is clean and easy to access. My only comment is to have more options for breakfast and also provide room service if we would like to dine in the room after the long day at the beach and pool. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay and am considering coming back again.

The hotel manager Steven gave us a warm welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel is very presentable for the price. As we travel with special guests from Germany and Austria. The swimming pool & the beach is just nice & relax. not crowded. Special remark for the bed quality & bathroom is super luxury.

There are no chairs to sit outside on your balcony. The staff say it’s a safety issue but then why do the rest of Europe provide it? Pity we couldn’t sit and enjoy a sunset.

Its location right on the beach is special.

The lift is quite small so it gets busy at peak time. The floor gets slippery especially at daytime due to people coming in and out of the lifts after swimming. The stairs to the beach is a bit high up and dangerous to climb down.

It's clean and the room is spacious. The staffs were helpful and understanding.

When put any sweat food inside the refrigerator, ants will came. Need to improve about the insects control.

Friendly staff. Nice location. Very near to the beach and other accomodation. Easy to find restaurant and near the petrol station. Spacious room. Affordable with the price.

The balcony of my room is not very clean, got a lot of dust very dirty at the side nearby the aircond outdoor unit. Also my room toilet doors is not closing properly.

The hotel is generally very clean and comfortable. The pool has enough space for a lot of guests.

Parking limited when is holiday time. But still manage to get. Water pressure for double room very low. But the 5 person room water pressure superb.

We book 2 room, 1 double bed and 1 room for 5 like duplex with room upstair. Bed comfortable clean and the pool well maintain very clean. Private beach very clean the water. Friendly staff and will visit next.
