The smell.. the dust.. seems like it has been long time no one use the room..

The room a bit dusty despite of the title given - SUITE.. the smell of the room was also not nice.. a bit far from beach..

We had a shared shower and toilet with the room next to us which woke us up through the night, but the hotel can't control that. It appeared that for just one room beside there were a lot of people sharing that room, or each one took multiple showers and bathroom stops throughout the night. The level of hygiene from those neighbours meant that my wife stopped drinking water through the night as she wanted to keep using those facilitates to a bare minimum. Unfortunately, when we did want to go it was often in use. The shower head and toilet hose had both snapped off, the man at the front desk blamed the people we were sharing with and said he'd pass it on to his boss. I also sent a photo message through Booking.com, but we were there for two nights and the shower remained just a house sticking out of the wall.

We liked the large bed and friendly man at the front desk. The location near the beach and night market was excellent.

They actually informed booking.com we did not stay which meant that we lost out on loyalty points etc. from our booking. Sure they did this to avoid paying booking.com commission which is very rude

No hangers in the room, no toilet paper provided, no drinking water. It could be due to the low room rate.

Strategic location for vacation lovers especially the beach, water activities, waterfall and middle Eastern food and other basic amenities. As for the hotel there are lots of room for improvement.

Taking the suites for a group of friends. The room is big and has extra mattresses and pillows. Also got a refrigerator to keep the food inside. Overall so cozy and worth the price. So far I will recommend the hotel as it is also close to restaurants, laundry, and near to the bustop. The staff is also nice and helpful. Thank you for the hospitality.

The staff is so helpful. Willing to help when ask for anything. My room have balcony and I really love it eventho the hotel is quite old but it's at good condition

An extremely old unattended room, leaking toilet, no hot water (the boiler wasn't working), no internet, weird power sockets (we know Malasia uses sockets type G and we successfully used them in other places, but nothing seemed to fit at this place). Very noisy air conditioner. Windows face the main village road. It was extremely noisy and almost impossible to sleep at night. The next day we went to the beach and realised that if we spent the night there we'd also have no electricity, no hot water and no internet, but at a quiet place and for free. Not recomended.

The hotel is located near a nice beach. The personnel were quite nice.

I requested for their service to have some decoration for a surprise family birthday celebration (at an affordable cost) and was happy with what they have done. The room was clean and the staff was exceptional. We had a good family get together for the birthday. The hotel have ample parking space. it's nearby to night market, food stalls, and the beach. Overall it's a good experience.

When we went there to check in, the hotel staff said that our booking is not valid because we did not pay the deposit money. However, the booking.com didnt' ask me to pay, the policy in the confirmation booking state that i pay the deposit money over the counter NOT while i make the booking. But then, the staff offer us to pay RM170 per room. RM170 for budget hotel? too expensive tho and staff is playing with us. thank god, we search the area with reasonable price. Bad experience.
