The check out was a little bit annoying because we had to do an early check out (because we had to leave before 8am on the check out day) so the check out was at 10pm prior to the departure day. We were there at 9.30pm and gave them our card, just kept the key (you need the card for.the elevator). Then he send us up and said a security guy will get us an elevator (I don't know why he didn't just do it). The security send us down again...then the guy we did the check out with send us up with the elevator so he could've done this directly and spare us the up and down going. Everything else was perfect, just this tiny inconvenience.

The apartment was great! Lot of space and the pool on the top was amazing! A real good hotel for the money!

Dozens of restrictions, don’t do that, don’t sit in the lobby etc. For each there is a fine, a little bit nervous Not too clean, mold in the bathroom, absence of clothes dryer, had to hang them on chairs

Location is good, near bar street, 6 minutes walk from Bukit Bintang and night market Two swimming pools, sauna(inside wc near swimming pool) Modern new building, well constructed

Not enough utensils in the kitchen. No pots n pans, wine glasses etc..

Our friends very satisfied with the location which is their first visit to Malaysia and very impress of the nice view from the room. Especially the swimming pool was big enough n very relaxing sitting there.

Too bad is not enough kitchen cultey and utensils like pot n pans to used. Otherwise it would be perfect.

It is nothing special, but it would be appreciated if extra kitchen towels and garbage bags were provided. Other than that, the garbage disposal process is a bit complicated. Also, the streets leading up to the homestay are always with a traffic jam.

The room is well-equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The bed is very comfortable. Another thing that I like is that the air conditioner is centralized, so the whole room feels cool in the midst of hot weather in KL.

Everything was perfect. Location is great, 10 mins walking to Petronas towers. Apartment is located on 23rd floor with amazing view. It's completly new with all necessary amenities. Pool on rooftop was the best thing with great view on Petronas towers.

We had read reviews regarding the check in procedure but didn’t have any issues - just make sure you’re aware of where you need to go. We paid a cash deposit and got a receipt, no issues getting our deposit back upon checkout.

Incredibly clean and comfortable. Great location in the Bukit Bintang area and amazing views from our room and the pool. The team are very responsive via WhatsApp.

Check in was in the underground carpark then once you`ve checked in there is no more human contact with staff as there is no front desk to ask about directions or how to book a taxi or tours or anything basically

Pavilion ceylon now my new favorite stays in bukit bintang area. There're lot of amazing city view with infinity pool condos around here.. But sometimes rooms condition is worse than i exapcted.. I love so much the cozy ambient of this unit. Very clean, fresh air, smell good.. Bedsheet and matress are all fresh and comfy..well Soundsproofed too.. Everything was perfect:))

1.Buy big can of water on very first day itself, as water is not provided. You need to buy from any nearby shop. They should install water filter, make it chargeable,it will help in reducing plastic waste. 2. Room will be cleaned only once if you stay more than 5 days.

Excellent location, near to food market and changkat party Street. Kl tower at walking distance, for PETRONAS take elevated walkway from jalan Raja chulan subway metro station or from bukit bintang. Suite room was neat n clean , provided toiletries -Shower gel, shampoo and handwash. Cutlery, dinner plates and bowls were in kitchen. You need to request for pan if you want to cook. Good addition was the washing machine with dryer. View was awesome, my child would enjoy lightning up of kl tower. Pool on 52th floor is must visit. You need to take your own towels there. Remember the check in counter is in basement 1. Ask cab to drop you in front of zone A, take lift to basement 1, turn walk 50 metres n turn right to find a glass cabin. You can store your luggage too . Don't forget to tap your room card on lift sensor before selecting floor, as it won't work without it, Also at the gate to access lift in lobby .Kids will find it great to have a big refrigerator to store icecreams n other stuff. Ask them for guidance to dispose of the garbage.

The aircond could use some maintenance. The masterbedroom 20degree is still warmer than 23 degree in living room. Parking vehicle here was horrible experience. You have to queue to get into one of its 3 parking bay lifts. 4 min to get the car out, that, if nobody else queuing in front of you. According to locals, it get worse during public holiday.

Everything is within walking distance, make a car almost too expensive to get around. Interior decor is nice, internet access at 100mb great, 2 modern tv provided. The view is so so. Iron, microwave, kettle with complimentary 2 tea and 2 coffee provided. Water pressure is nice to shower/bath in

THe kitchen could be equipped a bit better. THere wasn't even a single pot or pan, nor a container that could go in the microwave. People that choose an apartment over an hotel room often do it because they want to be able to prepare their own food at times.

Good space in the apartment, comfortable bed and bathroom, nice living/dining room. Excellent position, walking distance to most things in Bukit Bintang.
