the parking, they have car lift but cannot use it, is at your own risk if your car got stuck in the car lift. no wifi no breakfast

the house and room are very spacious and cozy, very near to Pavillion and Bukit Bintang, KLCC, Menara KL. You can just go down for Restaurants, cafe’s and others accommodation. The host also very helpful with clear instruction given . I like the swimming pool the most , with Menara KL and KLCC view .definitely would come again 😃

The check in was down in the car park basement, which was fine but security did not like when we walked into the main reception. The apartment hosts also seemed very strict. While I understand they want to keep the rules, you are sent a long message with this and applicable fines a few times. This is fine on booking terms but it definitely made us a bit uncomfortable during our stay

The room was exceptional! It was very clean and modern. The views of the TV tower were very nice. Staff were also lovely at check in. Pool facilities are amazing with great views.

1. Lacking of the kitchen equipment. For instance, don’t find a proper pot to cook instant noodle plus the boiling some herbal drink . 2. The lights at the shower site is rather dim.

Lacking some things that would’ve made the stay perfect. Had a stove but no pots nor pans. Had a washing machine but didn’t provide soap. Didn’t provide hand towels. Very basic equipment. Check in process is weird, feels shady to check in in the basement.

Amazing rooftop pool, clean and comfy bed. Good location, walking distance to multiple attractions. Has a washing machine inside the unit, very convenient.

I think that "wheelchair accessability" should be removed for the fact that there's a curb in front of the unit. If i'm alone, its pretty hard to get inside. But it is very small. It is said that the unit is wheelchair friendly, but the access to the bathroom is blocked by the bed because the unit is very small. I need to move the bed a little bit to be able to access the bathroom. Doable.

The room is clean. Bathroom is clean, there's a bath tub. The view is nice and luxurious. Overall, very satisfied.

Everything was amazing. I read the reviews and was quite skeptical to book as their rules seemed very strict, but everything went well. We followed all the procedures; Check in had to be done in the basement parking, and it went smoothly(the security guided us). You have to make a deposit which is refundable if you did not mess up the place or broke anything. The accommodation is close to lots of restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and saloons. It was not scary to walk alone at night. The apartment was huge, with comfortable beds, a beautiful kitchen counter(we did request for some saucepans beforehand as we knew that it's not available on the spot). The pool + views on the rooftop stole our hearts, it was so so marvelous to swim, especially at sunset time, and you could see the transition from day to night, the skyscrapers all lightened. Hats off also to the securities.

The cash deposit is annoying. It would be a 10/10 if the check in and deposit was done by card I dont understand why it’s necessary!

Amazing apartment. Lots of space and very clean. The rooftop pool with amazing views is obviously the highlight - would recommend this place to anyone purely for that. Location was great we walked to most places or got a cheap grab.

They should say the reception is in the basement and not ‘we will meet you in the basement’ as two girls travelling it felt unsafe just meeting someone in the basement! But the reception area and staff were really nice - they should just explain that better! They don’t give you cooking utensils, however we messaged and got some the next day so that was good! Sadly we also had a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom, they definitely need to spray some bug spray around the drains!

Amazing space, super clean and tonnes of room. We loved the kitchen and lounge area. Location was perfect for getting around and a safe area. Wifi worked great.

The AC wasn't great - there are big fans, but it got a little hot when we had the dryer on. The dryer takes a while, but the washer / dryer worked well for us.

This apartment was fantastic. Note that it is not a hotel and it shouldn't be expected to work in the same way. Despite the many complaints around check in and check out, it wasn't a nuisance if you just follow the directions sent in email and whatsapp. The pool area was really nice, a lot of fun to spend evenings up there. The location was great - 10 minutes from Pavilion mall and close to a very lively restaurant / bar street. We didn't cook in the apartment, so the lack of pots and pans didn't impact us - delivery is very cheap and convenient. It was a nice place for us to take a reset and get some work done as it was very spacious.

Unfortunately, during our stay, there were several roadworks underway, causing our Grab drivers to take longer routes. During peak periods, we highly recommend against taking Grab as the roads become very congested.

The location is very convenient, less than a 15-minute walk to Lot10 and other malls. Although you have to pass by bars and pubs, it’s still fine. We were lucky enough to get a room with one of the best views—the KL Tower, which looked magnificent at night! It was totally worth it.
