1. the jacuzzi’s base is a bit dirty and found few hairs before we first use. 2. we also found some ants around the room 3. the wifi coverage on our room is close to zero, ended up we have to use our limited roaming data 4. the sound proof is bad. our room was near to the staff pantry. In the afternoon when we trying to get some rest, we can hear they were chatting in the pantry loudly.

1. The bed is comfortable. 2. shower water temperature is good enough. 3. have water dispenser each floor. 4. aircon is cold. 5. breakfast is good!

It's a bit of a walk to get places, And we like to walk sometimes instead of taking taxis.

Some room doesnt have lift access (not suibtanble for ederly). You need to call them first if you need lift.

Resort feeling at the middle of the city. Our back balcony have a trees or garden view. Our front balcony have city view. The room is spacious with baba nyonya design including the cabinet. It is beautiful. And the location is superb. You can walk to many place of attraction and foods.

Some of the furniture is aged.

The front desk staff are very helpful. I have special request to freeze breast milk, they are very helpful to store it in fridge. During the trip, i leave my phone charger at home and they lend me the c-type charger. Kudos to the staff! The room is very spacious and clean.

- Ac only in the bedrooms, the rest of the rooms areas were really hot. - No windows or natural light throughout the property. Very claustrophobic. Windows open on to wall. No air or light. - Bad smell in bathroom and leak. - Not much engagement from staff. No help with luggage. Kind of left to own devices. - House keeping only visited once and did not clean throughly. We put the sign up to indicate we wanted house cleaning.

-Excellent Location. - Cafes, restaurants and mini marts near by - Spacious 3 bedroom house, perfect for a group vacation. - Water Filter. - Pretty interior.

Fan downstairs wasn't very effective and no aircon downstairs. Main bed was very hard.

The jacuzzi tub is dirty. The moment we turn on the jacuzzi switch, a black sediment came out. The jacuzzi wasn’t working. So I end up had to empty the whole tub and refill again, and used it just as normal bathtub. I wish it was working.

Beautiful room with great view for sunset! Close to a busy street, but quiet at night as most shops are closed. Room is equipped with basic needs and almost perfect. Public parking space might be full if you arrive late, and you have to pay for the parking through the app.

The jacuzzi was good but one needs an orientation on how to use it effectively to avoid accidental water sprays and spilling excess water over and onto the floor. The veranda wasnt used enough because it was too hot outside. Not really value for money in that sense.

The hotel is artistically decorated and is very accessible to all the major attractions and activities in Georgetown

Staff were not engaging, or particularly friendly. The sofa needs replacing as it is worn out. The TV needs a desperate upgrade for the modern traveler. Breakfast needs some work and a bit of diversity. Maybe so actually local tropical fruit would be a good start. Proper Malaysian tea should not be too hard to provide. Be away that our front corner room was very noisy from other neighbouring venues.

It is an easy base to explore Georgetown from. The 2 bedroom option with 2 bathrooms was good for a family.

There was no AC in the living room, only in the bedroom. Breakfast didn't have many choices. Wish you had a swimming pool.

My keycard lock on the door stopped working twice. Also, the faucet in the bathroom was making noise. It was so loud.

On 12th April 2024 we wanted our room to be cleaned but only one bedroom was cleaned, not the 2nd bedroom (the one with queen bed). Rubbish was not thrown away in the living room area. Other days that we stayed were ok. Just to note the hotel is near to a bar which had loud music at night but it does end around midnight.

Overall experience in this hotel is brilliant! Really like the 2 bedroom suite as it was suitable for my parents, my sis and me. There are 2 separate bedrooms, 2 toilets and a small living room area within the room (Room H01). The location is also convenient to go the various places and near famous eateries. Breakfast also quite a good selection.

I didn't get room serviced/ fresh towels etc during my 4 night stay. I would expect at least once during my stay.

Breakfasts were amazing - all you could eat, great selection of dishes, and great coffee!! Best Hotel breakfasts I've ever had!

Breakfast isn’t that great but fits if u stay only a few days. The aircondition counterpart is right on the Balkons which makes it even more hot and loud and so you can not sit there

Really friendly stuff, always helpful and caring. We got Vouchers for the all in all tasty Italian restaurant. The gym is basic but enough for little workout. We had a room to the garden, so it was quiet. The furniture is old wooded and gives the room a nice touch. You can discover Georgetown by feet from the hotel.
