1. There is no elevator with quite high floor- not advisable for old folks 2. No TV 3. No Qiblat sign-essential for muslim travellers

The location is good with all walking distance services such as dobby and restaurant. These services are equally important having that Semporna is quite congested with traffic.

Felt a little claustrophobic in my room as there were no windows. One of the beds was on the floor but at least I could choose the top bunk. No atmosphere, which was ok as it was only one nights stay before a flight. But wouldn't necessarily recommend for a solo traveller for more than one night.

Showed and toilets were clean. Top bunk was comfortable.

The room was a lot smaller than looked on photos and the beds weren’t the comfiest. Was ok for the one night but probably not for a longer stay. The area in general in Semporna is pretty sketch so unsure on location.

The room was pretty clean and the toilets/shower area was also clean. Staff were friendly.

The water supply is not strong enough. Very slow. Water heater has some rust inside.

Location wise is good. Value for money. Perfect for pit-stop before going to island or airport.

Great place to stay. Spacious room, comfy bed, hot shower, lots nearby incl v convenient laundrette. Only pain was carrying our bags up the stairs but definitely our fault for having such heavy bags lol

If you are given a room on the third floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. There are no elevators available for use. The shower pressure could be improved… a normal 10-minute shower became a 30-minute shower because there was hardly any water coming out. The second time I stayed in the hotel, the water pressure has improved but the water heater was so noisy that it seemed as if it was about to explode. When I booked this accommodation, I received a message saying “ok” and I thought they needed action from me… I found that a bit bizarre. Make sure to close all windows otherwise mosquitoes would be feasting on you while you sleep. The wifi is very weak as well... The location is a bit seedy to say the least.

The beds were comfortable and it is easy to book this accommodation.

Basic but clean offering what is advertised

Quite location where there were no street children begging. Closer to the Pier we were bombarded by hungry children which was very distressing for us as we felt so sorry for them. Our stay was only a stop over to Mabul.in order to catch the ferry the next day. Enjoyed an interesting dinner at a local diner in the street on the side of the hotel. Korean styled food. I think it is called a Hot Pot. We are not Muslim so we enjoyed buying local bear at the shop to the left of this diner

Staff were friendly but looks exhausted. Tried to ask them to print our boarding pass but unfortunately the printer was broken. The electrical sockets in our room not functioning well and the bathroom one was loosely broken. Heater sometimes working and sometimes not.

Comfortable bed. Underrated Chinese restaurant next to the hostel for breakfast. In our room we have little balcon and we can dry our wet attires. They can arrange transfer to airport Tawau.
