We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaPerhaps an improvement in the bathroom facilities would be great, but it's no big deal especially for the price.
Have to say that we really liked this place. It might not be by the waterfront (which is a bonus since it is quieter), but that didn’t mean it did not have any conveniences nearby. It is really not far from the jetty anyway and it didn't take us more than 15 mins to walk there. There was a self-serve laundry virtually next door, it is surrounded by cafes and restaurants, there is a night market in the nearby car park (45 second walk), and there was space for parking right outside the accom. The room was clean, had all we needed, though a desk to work on would have been nice, but there was a communal area if really needed. The shower didn’t have a divider and there wasn’t any vanity space, but that’s a minor thing. A fridge is available in the communal area. We had a double room that was on the top floor – needed to carry up our luggage but we’re used to it. The bed was comfortable but the sofa was more like a park bench than a nice soft sofa. Just don’t sit into it too quickly – you’ll likely hurt your back. Staff were friendly and would help where they can. Slight language barrier with some of the staff though. Overall, we did like our stay at the accommodation and would recommend it, especially if you are not looking for fancy and if you happen to be a traveler from the west.

NetherlandsFor me the most important point where the "Good" Hub could improve to the real Perfect Hub, it's quite noisy. The floor of the upstairs common area is very thin and you'll hear everybody walking on it. Also the reception is right around the corner and you'll hear everything from them. So if you book here, don't forget to bring a pair of earplugs.
Nice and cozy place. The 2 person bed room is very cute, maybe it would feel a bit small if you'd share with 2 but for sure doable. And most important, the room has air-conditioning. There's a common chill area upstairs with a cold- and hot water dispenser, coffee and tea. There's a fridge you can use as well as cutlery and plates which makes it feel like a proper home. The shared bathroom is very clean and well maintained, nothing to complain about.
