Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Malaysia1. Only 1 parking provided and very difficult to find parking at this area. 2. First unit only provided 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. When booking it stated got 7 beds. 3. First unit bedsheet got some dirty stains and didn't provide extra pillow or blanket. 4. Swimming pool closed permanently which is unable to predict and not owner's fault. 5. Owner stated at check out details that to wash dish and throw rubbish. This is unexpected and never experience before.
1. Location is good and convenience because easy access to food stall and hawker center. 2. Family mart and 7-11 is nearby. 3. Owner is friendly and quick response.

The living room and bedroom are spacious and clean. The view from the apartment is nice. A lot of night entertainment near the apartment - Walking distance.

Singapore-The bathrooms are too small. -Sudden area power outage about 8hrs, which i totally understand this is out of the control by everyone, but I was upset when the owner did not follow up with the Maritime management and only apology. When we followed up with the owner, the first reaction from them was that they were unable to help us to do anything. After we followed up closely, only we received a followed WhatsApp from the owner said that the power would be recovered in the evening. The location of this unit is convenient and near to the places i planned to go to, my parents could also come back and have a rest afternoon, but this incident has spoilt my plan and defeated the purpose for me to choose this unit. I was sad that when my parents were tired and they couldn't have a rest at the unit. I request(via WhatsApp)some refund from the owner but not successful.

SingaporeAircon for the house have to improve, the whole house aircon not cold at all, owner told us is because of weather, we on all the aircon in house, till night time still cant feel cold air, aircon come out is hot air, whole house like sauna room.
