Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaTwo things I didn’t like; 1) The washroom doesn’t seem have its own ventilation. The mirror and glasses are all fog up after a shower. And only way to clear it is open the door to the bedroom. 2) as soon as I get off the elevator in the lobby, I smell smoke. Really not welcome.

AustraliaAt first we were worried because we had accidentally booked a slightly unsuitable type of room, and could not get an answer from the hotel about fixing this before our trip. Communications could be improved.
Everything was wonderful. Staff were friendly and competent, our room (deluxe twin) was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast looked luxurious and inviting, though we didn't use it. Views? Spectacular!

United Kingdomdue to location of my room it was missed a couple of times by housekeeping but this was soon rectified. Wi-Fi wasn’t adequate for the amount of guests and events as it was very busy. Sun beds by pool need updating

The hotel is amazing. The staff are very helpful and it's really value for money. Cleanliness is top notch and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, western and Malaysian. What we also liked as passionates of fitness is the gym, the equipment was old but very well maintained and the gym was very spacious, with more room for yoga or stretching or HIT workouts. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Pullman Kuching..keep up the standards ☺️

MalaysiaI expected for the room to be full carpet (like your hallway). But it's not. Quite disappointed. Only wood flooring. (Unlike your rival hotel next door, their rooms are more presentable). It' s a fantastic hotel, but not for me who prefer room with carpet. Or else it'll look like premium homestay 😅
Big (Family) Room, with separate bathtub and shower. My kids love it. Super king bed is good for parent + 1 kid. Very comfortable.

MalaysiaRoom cleanliness could be improved. When I was doing push up on the hotel room's floor I saw below the beds was quite dusty. More space to put luggage outside of cabinet would be better.
Staff were super pleasant and helpful. Loved that they served delicious cookies and fruit infused drinking water at the reception to all guests, very quenching after a long walk in the city. Beds were comfortable to have a good night sleep. Windows sound proof was excellent.
