The staff not friendly and also the room not really clean as there is hair in the toilet and also stains bedsheet. Parking available but the way to parking is very narrow n sharp. Had to be careful.

The hotel is nearby to city centre and also to my work place. Easy to go n also free parking.

Location is one main reason for a good hotel, in centre of kl city, close to many facilities. Clean and comfort are also what regal hotel should be proud of. Staff just wonderful.

Even though it is not a brand new hotel (maybe rebranding), they should not ignore the importance of cleanliness. I suggest the staffs should go for training/team building so they will be more anxious to serve the patrons. What I didn't like most is the breakfast. Please re-evaluate your dishes. Low cost hotel didn't mean that you can serve low class dishes. They have sorts of buffet dishes but the taste must be improved. Hope to see improvement on my next visit!

Location is good. Good price compare to location and the facilities that I got. Hard to get a hotel room with that size which has bath tub, nearby Monorel station (Maharajalela), with breakfast and near to convenience store while the price is below RM150.00/night. I already recommended it to my friends (via my post on Whatsapp status and many of them ask for details!) I will definitely come again!

The front desk staff are not at all fit for the job. Whereas the staff I met a year ago were good. The taps, mixtures, bitted hose etc are too old, always there is a leakage, last year also had the same experience.

It's an old building, so there was some odour in the corridors but thankfully the room is okay. The air conditioner in my room is a bit noisy tho.

It's near monorel Maharajalela, just about 5 minutes walk. The room that I got faced east so the sunrise from my window was pleasant. The omelette from the breakfast buffet was so delicious 😋

Cleanliness in the bathroom is not satisfactory but I understand maybe the inadequacy of the workers and my OCD. The blanket has many stains. My friend and I have to walk about 500 km for food at China Town but it is joyful experience. They have quite creepy parking area but I understand because of old building. The hotel receptionist didn't give clear explanations and instructions therefore there is confusion about some things.

Comfort bed, delicious food at dining hall and the price. Overall it is worth it.

Great location for people who wants to travel around KL area. free parking space. near to KL monorail maharajalela, can walk to mrt pasar seni. city view. the room is reasonable with the price we paid for. clean room. helpful and friendly staff as they makes us to book using booking.com instead of walk-in as she scared there wont be any rooms left for us when we arrived later on.
