Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeOwner should consider to release the key collection procedure and deposit transfer for the stay at an earlier timing rather than 1 or 2 hours before checkin. Most property requires at booking time. The key collection was a bit hassle due to security requirement. There was small issue with the key entry to the property, very difficult to open the main door ( my experienced).
Clean and near the alamanda ss. The condo also comes with in-house surau on level 2. The unit was well equiped except the hall was not aircon but with 2 ceiling fans (no big deal)

MalaysiaThe process of collecting the key is a bit tedious. perhaps they can make it easier- like leaving the access card in the mailbox and locking the box with a lock with code or something.
Love everything about the house- location, cleanliness, space, decoration, facilities provided. Exceptionally love the play room for the kids. So thoughtful! The location is safe and nearby everything

IndonesiaCons: Hope there is back up/ the service could provide with extra key cards especially for the guest who come with 2 vehicles. Maybe there is miscommunication at the security part but as we stay for only 2 nights we can bare with it. Thats all. Thank you so much.
We have so much pleasure to stay at ReHut @Seraya Residence. Pro: We love the location and privacy. ReHut provides a clean and comfortable stay. The owner is helpful as well. Extra thumbs up for the toys room as it makes we feel at home. Plus this is the first ever homestay that off their plastic cover for the bed. It made us having more comfortable sleep 😁

Everything. Unit was clean, immaculate. Felt like home and was sorry we booked too short a stay of 3D2N. Just opp was Alamanda and Shaftsbury Putrajaya. And 5mins drive away was the best pasar malam/food truck @ Presint 14. 10mins drive away was the MEGA IOI Mall. We didn't miss KL one bit. Swimming pool was big and clean. Gym was awesome and fully equipped. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. 5* Thanks, we truly loved the stay.

MalaysiaThe check in and out process involved many detailed instructions and videos that you need to spend time on. Its a great effort on the owner but for me, a simpler process would be nice. Anyway, not having iron caused inconvenience.
A rare find to stay at a condo with 3 bathrooms given the reasonable price. A clever move by the owner to provide a playroom filled with so much toys instead of turning the small room into another bedroom for more profit.

Kitchen, bedroom and toiletries are all in good condition. Most importantly, the smell of the house is very fragrant and everything is well organized. I like the concern of the owner to provide 1 special room for the children. Clear instruction A-Z (key collection, parking). Many restaurant nearby.
