I forgot to bring along a USB adaptor and the hotel room didn’t have any USB charging ports. I was advised to buy one from the shops in the vicinity when I asked if I could borrow one from the hotel.

All the staff I had encountered were very warm and helpful. The room was clean, in a good condition and products provided were of excellent quality.

The hotel was very well furnished and clean. Meals were provided for club level at the private area. While there was some hiccup during the check in due to crowded, it was eventually resolved as the desk manager gave a complimentary room upgrade. Service recovery was good but however it would be good to relook at the room check in process and to priortise family with young baby as it is also challenging to wait for the rooms in the lobby for 3 hours ( and also after the check in time of 3pm). Overall a good stay

Maybe good to have 2 dining area for breakfast (Halah area/ non-Halah) on weekend or public holiday.... Breakfast crowd was overwhelmed. Staffs trying hard to clear the long Q for breakfast. Inside the huge restaurant, staffs were trying hard to replenish the food as fast as possible, hence quality was compromise.

We love the room, bed was comfortable, toilet was good size (not too small).

Shame traffic noise can be heard from the highway nearby despite the double glazed window. Window is quite dirty from the air pollutions I suppose. Complimentary coffee and tea could have more variety and numbers.

Staff were excellent and friendly. Room is clean and made up nicely.

Can hear neighbour door slamming, know its not intentionally perhaps mgmt can do something abt it, for us light sleeper we were woken up by it...bedrm need USB slot charging port

Room is clean, amenities are well provided, staff are very friendly. Within walking distance to Aeon Mall. Feel safe parking our car as there is security patrolling the car park

Kids pool size is just too confine, at times it just gets crowded. Too little tv shows channel. Nothing much to enjoy when we are in the room especially those with little ones.

The hotel and room cleanliness is superb. Breakfast is awesome with varieties of east to west spread. The staff is friendly and reputable.

One of the room im getting at 3 pm...the other room im getting at nearly 4 pm. We have to wait nearly an hour...the promising is same level but in the end getting 2 rooms different level...

Booking.com somehow overcharged me few ringgit for no reason, i already email but no response!!! The hotel room need some refurbishment. The phone cant be use and the bedsheets maybe overlooked by housekeeping. The bedsheets have dirty stained and requested to change.!! This is not 5 star hotel standard to me. 😅
