I like the fact that it is well equipped with everything. They even have gas stoves in addition to electric stoves. The house has an extra 3 foam bed in addition to the 3 queen beds. Overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

if you are in group, going for concerts at axiata. this is the perfect place. very near to venue. they have 3 bedrooms, all equiped with queen bed. and extra 3 tilam single. 2 bathrooms. air cond all functioning well!

There were a lot of yhings that made our stay in this accommodation not enjoyable. First, the accommodation was not cleaned well. I have taken some photos of half-empty bottle under the bed, plates and jugs not cleaned well, and the spotty floor. Second, it is a house that has a kitchen but the kitchen severely lacks basic items like knives. This place was advertised to accommodate a lot of people but the plates and cups were barely enough for more than 2 or 3 persons. Third, our experience with the guards were unpleasant. They seemed to be untrusting with visitors with the always having to check our card and the condescending tone when requesting to use the facilities. Fourth, the chairs for the dinner table were slanted down. Not just the chairs, but the rest of the apartment feels like it's equipped with "cheap" furnitures that are flimsy and weak. Fifth, the cabinets were full of random things that made us feel like we were not staying in a homestay, but rather just visiting someone's house for a few hours. All in all, I feel that the host needs to do a lot of home improvement before letting others stay here again. It is such a letdown to pay for that price just to be greeted with a so-so home. I had a very excellent homestay experience in Taiping that were considerate and thoughtful so I do know that host could do so much better with their effort in making their place habitable. Not recommended.

The place was spacious. Unfortunately, it's the only redeeming quality about the place. Oh and the view is nice.

The air-conditioning didn't work well in the living room, and hardly worked in the Master bedroom. Even with the fans on, the apartment was very warm. The third bedroom had only half a wall badly painted. Looked awful. Didn't use it! The beds are hard, not comfortable. The curtains everywhere were transparent and did not block out the sun or heat. Those in the living area were missing hooks, so they hanged badly and looked awful. The kitchen was dismal: no microwave provided! No knives provided! Small plastics plates, few plates and cups, all plastic. Only one cooking pot and an old small pan with the non-stick surface peeling off. The induction plate didn't work. Had to cook in a gas stove located in the very hot laundry area. The 2nd bathroom didn't have a shower curtain, so water sprayed over the floor, making it slippery and dangerous. A matt was not provided. The towels are a joke: very small, old and with stains. The whole apartment is in need of TLC. It's run down. Located between two very noisy highways. Photos do not match reality!

The infinity pool on the roof top was the only worthy feature.

Please provide at least tea/sugar and please provide a large pot for guests since your guests came in a group not alone.
