MalaysiaThat every weekend the pool is closed for pool party that nobody comes. This is supposed to a family resort but this pool turns to a loud place and Ayu Awana supposed to have a larger variety of food, now so much lesser. The idea of us staying there is not to leave the place, but it seems that now we cant even enjoy a proper dinner there anymore over the weekend.

MalaysiaI was disappointed to see guests from all over the world not respecting the space and allowing children and teenagers—even adults—to take photos on the balcony, which was clearly not designed for people to step over. A siamang monkey came in to join the breakfast as well, but the guests fed him bread, this is a sign of not respecting nature either. It would be good to have some reminders about wild life not to eat processed foods, not just for the sake of their safety but also for food waste.
The staff and accommodations are prepared for the family guests and the place is organised very well to cater for that. Its nice to have a lively atmosphere and very inviting resort.

MalaysiaI had adjoining room with friends. My room air cond wasn't cold even at 16C and we used fan the whole time. The next room, one of toilet lights wasn't working.

IndiaLack of room service, poor housekeeping staff who cannot speak/understand basic English. Could not provide whyskey and ordinary glasses(instead came with wine glasses) , could not understand the meaning of ice cubes despite having shown ice cube picture from Google. Overall I think there is lack of room service/housekeeping . Breakfast was average though there was variety.
The location, courteous front desk staff, ambience,punctual bus service, cleanliness etc. Superb views all around.

MalaysiaB-fast was great if one isn't too choosy, perhaps a little more choice added would be perfect after-all guests are not paying a meagre rate for the room price inclusive of b-fast. They could consider to give two cable car tickets for each room instead of only one. There were 5 of us and we needed to buy another three. My personal opinion at the b-fast restaurant, perhaps more chef should be waiting readily and not gone missing while I waited almost 10 minutes before I could get my bowl of noodle. Also, the restaurant at the front, opposite of the concierge, there were flies at almost every dinning table. The food is good, no doubt but we have to eat using one hand while the other is busy waving to get rid of the flies.

MalaysiaWish we could stay longer! The floor at Ayu Garden and Jom Makan hall are both quite oily and slippery, hopefully they could make it safer.
Attentive, friendly staff make our stay memorable. We stayed at the suite, room is clean, spacious with the turn down service provided too. Breakfast at Ayu Garden is lovely, love the pastries! Free Shuttle to GPO to catch the cable car, they gave us 2 free tickets for the ride! Our kid love the kid pool, it is extra activities for a family vacation.

Singapore1) breakfast is not at the standard of 4star hotel. 2) the staff at restaurant of breakfast are not professional and even no smiles. More training is needed. 3) the sink in the restroom is too old. Renovation is needed. 4) aircon did not function well, not cool enough.

United KingdomUnfortunately there was a lot of building work going on and preparations for a big concert, but it didn't spoil our stay as the hotel was excellent. There was little opportunity to go for a walk without a guide.
Our big 27th floor room had great views. We enjoyed the pool and the happy hour in the poolside bar was a bonus. They provided a free cable car ticket per room up to the top of Genting Highlands and provided a free shuttle bus to the Awana bus station. We enjoyed the 9am trail walk from the hotel which cost us RM 30 each and included knowledgeable guides, a buggy ride and forest walk, views of the water source and the lovely Orchid house.
