MalaysiaThe only thing I don't like is breakfast time, where the location of the breakfast for some tables were outside the conference room alongside the walkway, which I don't think is appropriate for a 5 star🌟 forbs Hotel.. Maybe its better if breakfast can be at the hotel's restaurant same like dinner 😉
Everything were super nice! From the welcoming, my kids so happy to get cute teddy's during check in time, the reception was super friendly, superb room, very nice and clean room with super comfy bed.. Really in love for few gifts from the hotels during the stay ❤️ And the package came with breakie and dinner.. With liveband performance at nearby lounge... I would definitely come back to this hotel whenever I'm in genting 😊

spacious clean rooms & toilet with fully equipped toiletries for our convenience. The scent & choice of toiletries are also great. The housekeeping team are excellent & all of the staff are very attentive and rendered great service. I especially love the whatsapp concierge for easy correspondence relating to our stay there. Overall we are happy with our stay however the choices for breakfast can be improved.

love the property. it is luxurious. we have stayed in many 5 stars hotel but crockford stands out in luxury and their gestures n thoughts. there is christmas tree in our room. this delighted our kids. the turn down service comes with small gifts. service is great. location is best within genting. while genting is crowded, crockford offer exclusive privacy n rest. there is welcome gfit, goodbye gift and even when we picked the car from valet, they provided water bottles and wish us all the best for our journey. the well thought thru acts make the experience special and memorable. we will highly recommend crockford for genting stay and will visit again! shout out to suran pei our housekeeper, for the special touch

My husband and I stayed in the superior and we booked the package which includes dinner & breakfast. The service was exceptional, from the moment we checked in, all the way to our departure. We loved the little touches of hospitality such as the pillow spray, chocolates and macarons provided with turn down service. The valet service even left some bottles of water in the car when it was brought back for our departure. The room was gorgeous, the bed was super comfy and the shower was wonderfully hot. Service at dinner and breakfast was outstanding - the staff were extremely attentive and responsive.
