SingaporeThere were ants in some parts of the houses. Which was abit uncomfortable for me. But still manageable.
Love the cosy apartment. Well accommodate for me and my family during the stay. Despite the last min changes for late check-out, the owner was quite flexible and understanding. They did their best to accommodate to our request as well. Recommended place to stay if you're in for a short staycay trip in JB!

SingaporeThe toilet and the fridge. There's a smell coming from the toilet and also there's no bidet. Its uncomfortable for us as a muslim family for a toilet without bidet. Other than that ok.. For the fridge its not that normal cold temperature to keep our cold drinks cold.. We Bought ice cream and wanted to eat the next day but it melted.
The place is quite clean and comfy With aircon and fans. Windy and spacious too..

This Apartment and Mall parking system is the worst I have experienced. Go in 1 barrier and go out need 2 barriers and they got hidden charger if u no go out 2 barriers in 15min... We are visitors here and this is our first time to come here and don't know. The Parking exit is also difficult to find.

SingaporeWas suspicious as to why we had to provide the Names, ICs and Contact Nos. of each family member when we didn't have to do the same for similar accommodations. Features that were lacking in the apartment include: - No bidets in the bathrooms - Floors felt dusty; especially the balcony - Spare pillows and duvets that seem like they have not been washed for a while - WIFI speed is slow

The condo location is very good, just walking distance from CIQ, the unit is clean, interior design also cozy. The most important is there is jaya grocer and convenience shop just at the ground floor. It really helps us save a lot of time to travel. Also some restaurants down there. The important thing is this condo is pet friendly, I and my dog had a wonderful time here. Definitely will visit again next time

MalaysiaThe booking process was smooth until two days before my arrival. I messaged the host for check-in details, but no response for two days, so I had to follow up again the night before and the morning of my stay. Finally, the host responded to me five hours before check-in. I requested an early check-in at 2 pm (usual time being 3 pm). While the host allowed me to check in at 2:30 pm, I received a message later near 12am requesting an me to check-out by 11 am. Though I originally planned to leave by 10:30 am, it felt like I was asked to leave an hour earlier than usual due to the 30 min early check-in. Parking is inconvenient as it's located on the 11th floor with a complex layout: Ground Floor > 2A > 2B > 3A > 3B > 4A > 4B > 5A > 5B > 6A > 6B > 7A. Regarding cleanliness, there was a foul odour in the toilet due to a lack of ventilation, and mold is everywhere around the toilet area. And, the shampoo provided is damaged.
Location is quite conveniently located near the CIQ and good amount of natural lighting in the house!

AustraliaIn sufficient cutlery for 2 adults = 2x forks, 1 x spoon and 1 x knife. PERFETIC. TV remote was missing so could not use for first 36 hours. Big security light near bedroom window, needs double layered thickness curtains. The existing ones were fin, two different colors must have made from off cuts LOL. The lounge curtains did not fit looked shabby and looks like a 12 year old installed them. Be nice to have 2 door keys so could come and go separately as was required at times. Cockroaches I killed three, then there were small bugs consistently on bench area not sure what they were. Needs fumigation done. Went to adjust time on wall clock, NO BATTERY how hard is it to maintain? The building itself is fine but, water hot and good internet. Everything else supplied by the owners or manager is of the poorest and cheapest quality. If they had spent extra on the fit out like towels, curtains, cutlery etc even too miserly to provide a toaster. When I questioned them about a TOASTER, they response we don't have to provide one. WELL, I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN . Gas cooker there in photos but not connected. Misleading. I have photos on my phone but not sure if I can upload from my tablet. Booking.com I may even use a different agent also.
If we did not piggyback off someone WIFI could not do the scan on front door of main building. We did not have Malaysian phone set up.

SingaporeThe communication with the person handling the property should be more friendly and details should be provide more precise. The condition of the toilet is totally unacceptable. The bedsheet and the towel is totally out of my imagine bad in condition, with smell. The main wooden door was hard to close and need to slam quite hard to close and when the neighbour return home late and slam the door is a total disaster for my rest. I will not return back to this property ever!
The location is strategically convenient as it is at the heart of city centre. Taking public transport or by walking is convenient, near and relatively safe.

SingaporeInconvenience parking if you have more then 1 car . We booked 2 bedder but only 1 car is allowed to park in the apartment carpark. We were surprised that its like a dual apartment which means 1 main door then go in there's 2 different apartments doors . It's like we are sharing the space with other people. Complicated carpark, as we having hard time to find the lift lobby at carpark. 2 bedder apartment but only 1 toilet .

Malaysiathe apartment is old, not very well maintained. Especially the toilet, old marble that have stain everywhere. the whole room have smell like ciggarate. Really feels like cheap motel. I did complain to the management and ask to change room, ungortunately no room available at r&f but they offer me to change to sks pavillion. thanks to the management bacause i don’t know if i were need to sleep there that night, plus I have baby, really do not feel comfortable. I hope the management do something for this unit.
