Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South KoreaThe cleaning of the room was done somewhat half-heartedly; there was wet dust on the surface of the furniture. The neighborhood, while reasonably close to most tourist sites, is not quite walker-friendly...
The interior design of the hotel was very stylish, thoughtfully done. Lovely atmosphere in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was solid, if basic. The staff were all exceedingly helpful.

JapanAlthough everything in the room was clean, the bathroom wall tiles had some mould growing in between the tiles and under the sink. If cleaned, the room is perfect.
The hotel is very cozy and has a rustic industrial look. Simple yet beautiful interior. The staff are always with a smile and ready to answer any queries. The restaurant within the hotel serves delicious food. It is like 20mins walk to the Hattan Mall, Mahkota Parade and Datatran Palawan. From there it is just a quick 5 mins to Famosa fort. If you feel like walking, you can walk around and check out all other attractions. Safe carpark facility. A short distance to food places. The bed was comfortable. The room was a good size for my mom and myself. Will come again. ☺️

Singapore1) for a check in on a weekday, still needed to wait till 3pm, and was sure the hotel wasn’t full, parking lots mostly empty compared to Fri/Saturday 2) we have to call for bedroom slippers and no bath robes, so that was a small blip on an otherwise nice stay
it was located slightly further from jonker so it was quieter, but still has its charms. the industrial theme was really nice too! Tip: walk a little to head to Go Whisky Bar for live music. The kopitiam next door serves great char kuey teow and wanton noodles for a quick meal!
