Air conditioner is not cool. I found a small dead spider on the bed. Not much choice for breakfast.

The room a bit dusty when we checked in.

My stay was pleasant & comfortable. The room is big for 3 adult. the check in was smooth and fast. Have small fridge, toiletries, water bottle and can make tea in room. the breakfast is simple but ok for the amount that we have paid. Toilet is clean and got big vanity mirror. Definitely will choose this hotel again when i come to Sarawak.

But cleanliness was lacking can see a lot of dust in the room as well around the premise. The access card keep having issues that I had to walk down to reception to fix it. A bit troublesome.

Like the customer service being friendly and new building. Location to the city place with food was awesome.

Minor issues: Room's floor laminate rather worn and peeling, water pressure in showers despite maxing the pump, its still relatively weak (subjective). Breakfast is not palatable unfortunately. As this is a value accommodation, there is no hotel parking nor hotel-reserved parkings. Be aware if you drive, coupons are required from 8am-5pm during weekdays.

Major Plus: The staff team is of 5-star hotel level quality despite being in a budget hotel. You can sense the true passion to serve, ever-ready to give the wow. Extremely helpful, always smiling and welcoming. They did utmost to ready the your room before your arrival. Nice to be able to check in on arrival. Room is huge. Bed is comfy and clean. Location is near entrance of Chinatown, and is accessible to many attractions within 15min by car. Secure and safe with keycard-only lift access.

Unfortunately, the morning staff at the breakfast were both looking grumpy. Not even a ‘Hello’, ‘goodmorning’ or a smile. We came 30 minutes before the breakfast was closed but some food was already finished. We didn't get the idea that they wanted to refill it, they were already looking away from us while we were well within the time.

Some of the staff, the ones at the reception, were really nice and we felt welcome! Clean spacious room, nice view, nice shower. (the restaurant next door with hotpot is really nice btw)

The breakfast could have had more food prepared as it was fairly scarce if you came down later. The beds could have been a little softer. The showers were nice in how they looked; we just would have preferred having hotter water because it was more lukewarm.

The rooms were nice and had a good air conditioning unit. It was a nice place to stay and worth the pay. The showers were nice, and the bathroom was pretty clean. The bed was large, and the lights were conveniently placed.

1. Cleanliness - some stain at bed sheet and pillow 2. Some tenant really loud at night and no security come to stop them..even running and shouting at corridor at 2am.. really bothering my sleep. 3. Too much sunlight coming from bathroom door ..has to put some shade there to minimize the light..
