There is free breakfast which is not that delicious but it is acceptable since its free. Pools are free to use and the hotel is not far from the beach. There is also parking slot provided.

the pool has sand in it, please clean it up. make sure to provide a luggage trolley to guests that come with a lot of things to bring at floor 1 or 2.

front desk staff a bit unfriendly. stay at room 108, the knob need to change. waited a few minutes outside bcs the knob cant identified the card. dont offer what time we customer prefer to checkin in online website when have to wait till 3pm to check in.

The facilities is not enough inside the room example like a large mirror,because the mirror is only inside the bathroom. The lamp also not enough and the room will become dark.

I like everything...only the property inside the room. It's better if provide the large mirror for the guest because the mirror only at the bathroom. And then one more thing,I think better add on the lamp inside the room because not enough for the guest. The other things is good.

Laundry quality could have some improvement.

Great short stay for the Sarawak Adventure Challenge 2023. Comfy and ease of commuting towards town and also to the event area. Room was large and view was good. Thanks also to the admin for arranging a transfer refund for my deposit which I did not have time to collect as I left/check out at 6am.

Requested for extra mineral water but front desk denied it. I think a simple drinking water bottle shouldn’t be denied to guests.

Bedside lamp 2 not working and milk should not be all icy because milk are needed for hot coffee and hot tea too. The Lepapa convenient store is missing for construction purpose, but at least put up temporary place to shop. Check out time should be at 12 noon not 11 a.m. since the check in time is at 1500 hrs. There should be ample time to setup the room 2 1/2 hours before check in.

Food and freedom with good environment. Nice cosy room. Balcony equipped with 2 relaxing chair and a breathtaking, beautiful view towards the beach. Friendly staffs and efficient waiters & waitress in keeping the dinning place clean especially quick clearance of used plates and cutleries that makes it convenient for the customer to chat and the dining table while finishing their other food. Excellent service and hospitality.

It took a while for us to get to the location, signage should be clearer and putting in every road intersection to avoid confusion. Also, one of the aircon wasn’t function in the bedroom.

The room is spacious and clean. One complain I have about the room is the ceiling around the AC unit has watermark stains on it and possibly mouldy. Should affect the health of the guests staying there. The water pressure though needs a bit of attention as it is slow whenever I bathe. The cellular line in the room is pretty good but not in the lobby.

Breakfast was quite good with a variety of selections. The locations is good except it is far from any food outlets within walking distance. Should have a few food outlets around the vicinity for guests to make their choice.

The room is not that soundproof, early in the morning around 5am we can hear the staff below start to play music and chitchatting, which it not recommended for those who is very sensitive to sound. The food choices was limited as we were travelling as vegetarians, n the food was only soso. Can provide more plant-based diet friendly meal next time.

The room was big n clean. The frieds came in big portion. The swimming pool was fine, the lobby is clean.

Hope you provide more delicious breakfast choice to differentiate with others normal hotel. Seems you are more expensive, you must be shown with your value so that may attract more people stay.
