Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe first room I was given was awful, smelled damp and had mold on the walls and ceiling. When it rained water came through a hole in the ceiling. I complained and was moved to a much smaller room at the front of the hotel. The hotel is across the road from a large mosque which is noisy. The was no wifi. They said this was because of the heavy rain but the morning was sunny and clear but still no wifi. There was no hot water in the morning so had a cold shower.
Good price. Plenty of shops and places to eat in the area. 15 minute walk to Salak Tinggi train station one stop away from KLIA.

Location to or from the airport is nice. We came by LRT train, just 15min walk. To the airport 30RM taxi service. There were nice restaurants nearby. For overnight stay for airport transfer okay but maybe better places around for a little more cash.

United Kingdom2 dead insects on the floor which I removed with toilet paper and then was fine. Damp smell, as I've seen in other accomodations rooms without window need a fan to blow air out to the corridor and another one for the corridor to the street. That is my recommendation. Using a squeegee for Windows by the customer for instance would help dry the shower floor quicker so it is less humid in the room.
Comfortable bed, clean sheets, towel and pillow cases, Aircon worked, good telly, enough sockets. Toilet clean except for mirror shelf. Fan in wet room worked and good water pressure.

MalaysiaThey didn't clean the aircond air filter and myself have to clean it only then the aircond is considered as OK or cool enough. One more thing is the hotel needs to do pest control. I saw many cockroaches in the room.
