It could be great if the host can provide kitchen utensils like tea pot. And maybe host can bersihkan lantai or mops the floor cause some parts of the apartment still have pasir pantai.

The location of the apartment secluded from the town hence its quite from the noise and have private beach

1. The water pumps of the swimming pool was broken during our visit, so the pool was dirty. I can see that they turned on 1 out of 3 pumps later on, but still the water tasted weird.

The beach is fun yet safe for children to play - strong enough wave and has very gradual slope (there are thrashes that were brought by the currents, but if you ignore that, it is quite nice) 3. Not far from good food (20 mins to Balok) 4. Facilities in the rooms are all working - strong airconds, strong water pressure

Room feels dark and the room really needs an update. Better lighting would definitely makes the room feels better.

Location is private, less crowd and near private beach. Which we like. Facilities provided are enough to accomodate our stay. The bath tub is a plus. The owner/staff contacted us personally as soon as we've confirmed our booking. Thanks Mikel 👍

The only draw back is that you'll need to drive out for meals but the owner does allow you to cook your own meals if you wish too.

Having your own private beach which stretches as far as your eyes can see, is a big bonus.

A bit far from Kuantan town about 30km away. It is a private owned apartments. Our Room are view pool, I wish I could get sea view but can’t! And breakfast are not included in the room rate, room rate are so expensive. The common area such corridors lift are dirty, The corridors is not lighted well at nite, Pool is a lil bit hot in the mornings. Direct hit from the morning sun. Not easy to cancel after you make a payment for this booking .

Beach is about 100m walking distance , Great for family stays, had a kitchen and living room. Staff are helpful.

The light is far too dim for the area in kitchen, dining and living.

Location...quiet and hidden from the busy main road. It is near to Kemaman and Kuantan, convenient to travel to these places while staying in the apartment. Owner/staff is very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is relatively clean but there are rooms for improvement.

Really hard to get a ride to and from the place. Food was also a bit hard to settle. Some of the faculties like the kitchen area is outdated.

Location was nice and quiet. Good beach getaway with emphasis on the private beach. Overall facilities and rooms were pretty great too

The location is a bit far from the Kuantan city so you have to travel around 30mins to reach there. There are also less restaurants nearby. You need to travel around 15mins to a food court area.

I love it that the beach is just a walk away from the resort. It’s also a private beach which is why it will not be crowded. You can enjoy the beach by yourself. Their bed are also so comfy and the bath tub really made my day.

The apartment was spacious if you intend to stay with family. Walking distant to the beach which was beautiful. Swimming pool is huge and lots of seating area to monitor your kids. Owner was kind to suggest places to eat nearby through WA. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Kitchen equipment was not enough. I check in with 7 person but the plate only have 3, also cup only have 4, no bowl, and the lights at kitchen area is to dark. I have to used my phone light. The rest is ok.

Everything was good it’s just kitchen area need to be improve. The rest clean and comfy. They also have provide coffee, rice cooker, microwave and kettle.
