Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The place is very clean, pretty and the rooms were amazing.. The design of the room is too pretty.. I felt I was staying at Flintstone’s room. We booked room with pool access, was definitely a good choice.. night was very quiet & calm. Room had Netflix, can order food from grab. The design of the entire place was very instagram able..

MalaysiaIt's a small matter but it would be better to put a bathmat at the door accessing the pool. The steps to the pool would be safer if rounded edged.
Relaxing, beautiful, comfortable stay. The bedding was very comfortable, room with Netflix, strong WiFi and the facilities were well kept. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool access room was wonderful. Breakfast was good and the lounge was elegant yet homely. Private carpark.

The room was really clean and had a lovely ambiance. All the fixtures are so cool and unique (the shower was definitely the highlight), and they keep the rooms really well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and there was always enough parking for all the guests. The place is only a short 10 min drive away from Ipoh town centre, which is very convenient. You get the convenience of being near all the happening places in Ipoh, along with the relaxing vibe of staying in Tambun.
