My recent stay at this property was really nice. The property gives you good value for your money, and it's great for a short stay. It's a bit far from the city center, around 15-20 minutes by travel. But, it's close to Mydin Mall and a bus station, which is convenient. The house is nicely decorated, and it's got everything you need like a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and TV. Every room has a fan and air conditioning, and the beds are really comfy. All in all, it's a cozy place to stay with everything you need.

No water heater is 2/3 bathroom. Dead Cockroaches in toilet and kitchen. Towels are little dusty. Room doors squeaks.

Well maintained property. Coway water filter is good. Fridge is good. Washing machine is good. Bed are comfy. Rooms a/c is good. Living room is comfy. Check in n out super convenient. Location is in peaceful neighborhood.

I mean, the location is quite secluded. Is not even a complaint actually. The area is super peaceful.

The house is big. It is equipped with everything needed for you to stay. Hot and Cold Water, cups, plates and cutlery. You will find much more things in the kitchen, which to me was nicely equipped. Towels were also available. You will also be able to wash your clothes as there is a washing machine with detergent in there. The owner was super helpful in giving all instructions and was easy to communicate also. If you want to get your keys, just text the owner and all information will be sent to you.

The only downside was the water pressure of the house. It was too slow for a proper shower.

I love that the property is really clean and spacious. the house is also in superb condition and feels very airy.

Not much actually as this homestay is one of the best we stayed in so far. But maybe the host can consider to install mosquito net at all windows to prevent any insects enter into the house.

My stay in this homestay was very pleasant. Homestay is very clean, well equipped requires amenities and facilities. Feels like home. Easy to check-in and check-out. The host also very helpful and friendly. Definitely will comeback again.

The accommodation was perfect in every way. The bedlinen was extremely comfortable. It was just a little far from town. Getting the keys could have been easier except that there was a bit of miscommunication.

absolutely nothing!

we love everything bout this place, one of the best homestay we stayed in. it’s very comfortable for a small family. house is clean, cozy and fully furnished. I couldn’t find a single fault even if I wanted to. location is abit far (20-30mins from town) but we don’t mind because it was a scenic drive to and from town. peaceful neighbourhood. the owner responds quickly to any needs. definitely will come back again.

Location is about 15-20 minutes from downtown Ipoh which is not bad. Okay for self-drive but not for those relying on public transport. The passcode entry door did not work as smooth. Actually had a problem accessing even using the given passcode. But I must applaud the host as he was very responsive and manage to sort out the issue seamlessly.

3 things I like A) House is well renovated as if the owner stayed for own use, which actually the case, B) Nice touch of finishing with well equipped facilities, all you need to bring is just a suitcase C) Good Speed Wifi/ Netflix/ Aircond works perfect (except quite noisy compressor if heard from outside), and comfy bed after a long day outside

The homestay is very clean, price is affordable, and very beautiful. All facilities are provided. My stay in this homestay was very pleasant. The host is also very friendly and helpful. 10/10!! Worth it! Will definitely choose this homestay again when I visit Ipoh.
