The parking surrounding the Kuala Perlis Port (for ferry to Langkawi) charged RM20 per day with manual collection. Not sure it's official or not.

A very strategic location in Kuala Perlis for Hai Tien Seafood, and taking the next day early morning ferry to Langkawi. We booked a family room with 2 bed rooms and 1 living space, which gave us privacy and space for chitchat & TV.

Have pasaraya and restaurants at near hotel . The hotel very healing and comfortable for holidays long time. So far so good for me and my partner. Parking also very easy. I want stay here again for my holiday at Kuala Perlis.

No lift for the apartment but still ok for me just concern for the elderly.

Apartment facilities are good and in excellent condition. My family like it and enjoy the stay. For hotel there is a lift so it is recommended for the elderly.

A/C taking quite sometime to cool. Shud have bathroom floor/towel mat(perhaps the cleaner forget to replace it?), so guests can dry their feet before stepping on the floor. Also can avoid slipping on the floor & damaging the beautiful wooden like flooring. Pillow too bouncy, had to use the small pillows. Almost no refill on the shower gel. 1/3 on the shampoo & half on the conditioner. Soap for the sink will be nice. Also other small items like disposable tooth brushes & other kits.

Spotless clean Room is huge Simple cupboard, nice Comfy beds With Iron board, Iron, prayer mat, 3 chairs - big plus, 2 extra bench at the end of each bed (nice touch). We had a problem with our keycard after breakfast & had to ask one of the cleaning staff to unlock our room. No wonder the room was spotless, the cleaners went inside the rooms shoeless(we saw when they were cleaning other room) And yes, without shoes while cleaning the room, rooms can be kept really clean easily, n this mean they are serious in keeping their rooms clean, well done!!! It's in front of supermarkets, close to ECO too, laundry, restaurant & DIY. Parking can be found around the hotel. Wud stay here again

The pillows. They were hard. The hotel provided with one pillow and one cushion (each person). I ended up sleeping on the cushion instead of the pillow.

The location. Extremely near the Kuala Perlis jetty. And plenty of nearby seafood restaurants 😋

There’s no elevator and whenever we need to bring our suitcases or bagages, it requires energy to lift up the bags each steps of stair.

The space is nice, the design is very simple which makes it look comfort and it’s also very clean.

The hotel should prioritize safety more. During my stay, the room I got had a problem with the safety lock on the door. It would be better if the hotel prioritized safety by fixing it as soon as possible. But I commend the hotel for providing a door stopper.

The lift door is to fast to close.. otherwise everything is perfect

The staff were so friendly and helpful.. they recomend us he best place to visit as locals.. highly recommended to stay here.. near to the most of the tourist attraction.
