Gym should not be advertized as only owners are allowed in. Pool area neglected to keep in condition and is dangerous. Got cut in my leg when getting up from pool in stairs without steps.

Apartment nice and clean. As there are two towers in the location it was first difficult to find the right tower and mailbox where ”keys” were. Signing in and getting codes a bit challenging when tired of travelling. Only owners can use gym so it should not be advertized. My sons were extremely dissappointed they were denied use by guards. Pool area beautiful scene but wooden parts dangerous and both stairs were dangerously broken. If you are not brilliant in gymnastics its very difficult to come up from pool.

Lack of mirrors for us girls...

The view is awesome! Its good enough cause im looking for a place to work with a seaview haha Love the house its small and comfortable. Host is friendly and easy to deal with. Check in/check out process so easy.

The cleanliness and facility need to be maintain. We found few tiny cockroach Inside the room and also kitchen. There are period stain in the duvet and the cover is not tie well thats y im able to see the stain😅 And the washbasin in the master bedroom is clogged. The WIFI connection are quite poor.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good and near to town.

3rd bedroom is a littel bit small with no window.but still ok. As master bedroom has 2 large bed Only had 1 free parking available in the building,if come to vehicle , 2nd vehicle to park outside or pay for the parking.

We like the private bathtub..we stay in with 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom..they have 2 bathroom with bath tub and sea view and very relaxing. Master bedroom has 2 large bed Also has public swimming pool where my child really enjoy it My mom also happy because can cook there We love the view of city and the sea

The host did not give the password for key mailbox on time. Had to wait at the lobby about 30 mins and make a few phone calls before they gave the password at 5pm. Also, cannot find local channel on tv.

The location and cleanliness. No issue for parking and elevators were functioning.

The bath mats should be replaced with non slip bath mats. Currently they were recycle bath towel 😊

It was a great short stay in Malacca during Ramadhan. The service was superb starting from booking procedure, smooth check in and check out process and double thumbs up for the cleanliness of the unit. This unit was minimalist but comes with complete house and kitchen equipment. The guidelines accessing to the unit was comprehensive with video which really helpful, easy to follow and the host was responsive to any enquiries or request made. The price was reasonable. Overall, I will definitely return to this place in the future and surely will recommend it to all my circle of contacts who wish to have a good stay with beautiful view of Malacca Strait💕

The infinity pool is very nice. It was easy to check in and check out. The bed is big and comfortable.

the facilities lack of maintenance. like the swimming pool area. the wood and surrounding a bit not well maintain. inside the house, overall very good jus need a little bit renovation soon as the furniture such as sofa, blinds, flooring nails, bath tub very old oredi. with new make over the house will be very perfect.

the location very strategic and near to the town. view from the balcony spectacular. host super friendly and responsive. the price wise very affordable. would come again in future. Wifi very good connection.

The parking level is so high... and it would be better if owner provides some mineral water

The management of the residence. The lift elevator very slow, have to wait for almost 40minutes since we are from 34th floor 😅 and the parking card that we received from the owner cannot be use & have to deal with the parking management. lot of work need to settle for the card parking

The overall place is a bit run down especially in the swimming pool, although still great. Room in the apartment itself is great and well maintained.

Long waiting for lif. Among 5/6 lif there only 2/3 can be use. The other was on maintenance. Easily confuse with tower A and B.

The view was amazing. We saw sunset and sunrise from here. Fresh air when woke up. Apartment was clean. Got 3bedroom and 2bathroom got bathtub from 3bathroom. Very recommended for big family.
