The unit is very good with the gorgeous view of the dock. Very convenient as the grocery stores and there are lots of entertainment close by too. All the utilities in the room are top tier. Very suitable for anyone who wants to avoid crowds as this is a low density unit.

the location is a bit troublesome if you plan to hang out around town since the roads to and fro can get pretty congested. The night life can cause some noise pollution but luckily it stops early at aroun midnight. There was one large mould stain on the ceiling of the bathroom

Not a fault of the AirBNB host, Cody, but the cleaner. The bedsheets had a soiled smell, so we had to go buy washing detergent to wash the sheets. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would stay here again as the error may be a once-off.

My favourite was the host, Cody. Although we never met or spoke, messages and videos from WhatsApp were sent to me on how to collect the keys, as it can be quite difficult to collect the keys without the video. Our toilet was broken, and Cody had maintenance come the next day to fix it. Cody was incredible. Other good things about the property: - balcony with a view - laundry - close to bars, shopping - only 7km from city centre - laundry to do your own washing - two showers and toilets

The check in and check out was abit tedious as you have to go from one end to another. Parking was abit tight.

I like the apartment..spacious..fully furnished and with the most beautiful seaview. There was privacy and private parking. The entire unit is very clean and tidy. The location is very strategic. Got a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The sea view from the apartment is awesome. The host Mr. Cody is very friendly and helpful. The check in process was given through videos and it’s very detailed and much easier for us to check in.

Nothing unlikeable as all are great.

All the instructions on how and where to collect keys were sent to me by whatsapp in videos and it makes it so easy to follow the instructions. The videos also show me where to park my car and where is the lift lobby located at and where is the room itself. Really appreciate the hard work done by the host to give all these information.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 2pm. We got to aprtmnt super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well.The apartment was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing.

Couldn't use the hot tub, the plug for the drain wasn't installed properly. Lots of mould in the en-suite bathroom. Need extraction in the bathrooms. Stains on the couches. Couldn't view Netflix towards the end of our stay. This is unrelated to our stay...but the ferries no longer go from Georgetown to Langkawi. The locals are not even aware of this themselves. Landed up having to purchase expensive flights at the last minute.

The view from the balcony is fabulous. AC system works so effectively. Nice airfryer. The washing machine and supply of soap powder was so useful. Nice big TV and Netflix was available. The security guards were so kind and helpful. Beautiful swimming pool. The complex is immaculate. It was peaceful. The bars and restaurants are nearby which is convenient, it does get loud at night with live music, but it's not unbearable.

The kitchen was disastrous. It lacked everything, knives, water glasses, wine glasses, salad bowls, and proper cooking pots. Just some cups and a single casserole. It's a shame that booking.com features a property like that. It's impossible to have breakfast or a proper meal. No house manual. The owner said that it's not possible to bring some other equipment for cooking. Luckily, we had a toaster, at least.

The hot tub as advertised was broken and the host didn't mention this. This was very disappointing as this was one of the main reasons why I booked this property.
