Lack of power socket, only one power socket provided behind the tv and it’s very far from the bed. The shower flow is quite slow

We booked this for the wrong month and the owner sorted it out for us by ringing booking.com which was really nice. Slightly out of the center (we didn't realise when we booked) but easy to get a grab or a 20 minute walk. It was a good base. Free water, mugs for hot drinks (bring your own coffee), clean room (apart from we moved the bed closer to the plugs so we could go on our laptops as bed so far away from plugs - was dirty under bed - however that's to he expected - an extension cord could he provided in that room was the plugs so far away and only two for the room. It ended up being quite expensive for the room after we changed the dates - I dont think it was worth the £18 a night we spent, we have stayed in much nicer with more amenities for less

TV a little hard to navigate. It would have been tiny bit better to have the switch or desk nearer to bed (small one). Staircase all the way up to 3rd floor, it would have been difficult if there are heavy luggage.

The staff greeted us well. There is a small parking lot for the customers, probably first come first serve basis. There are restaurants around in walking distance. Cleanliness was okay. Drinks are set up in fridge at the lobby in case customer needs it and pay at the counter.

Perhaps, there are more explanation about the parking, especially during check in. Initially, I'm a little bit confuse where's to park the car. Since, I'm looking for the hotel with free parking and receive this hotel suggestion from the apps.

The only real disadvantage is the location however that really only applies if you don't have a vehicle or if you don't like or are unable to walk any distance. A small bar fridge in the room would have been great considering the effort to go out and get a cold drink but the lack of this convenience is reflected in the price. Not a deal breaker in my view.

This is a basic budget hotel but it is comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff are really pleasant and helpful. The location is a little way out of the town centre however this means nearby car parking is available. There is a quite reasonable food vendor directly across the road but the nearest convenience stores and laundries are a 15 minute walk away. All things considered, good value for money.

Decoration can really improve.

Good quality vs price. Nothing fancy to be honest. The staff was helpful but not brilliant. when the air failed they changed our room, but I had to insist a couple of times about the aircond not working.

Limited parking space. Need to add another lock on the room door for security and the shower heater cannot be adjusted.

Parking is a bit crowded, but you can use the public car park. Tv couldn't function as the internet went down that time. No elevator, you might want to take that into consideration if you are with old parents.

not enough parking space. there is no additional lock at the door. need to install one that cannot be opened from outside.

the room size is not that small for the price i pay. quite spacious. really worth it. the room is clean and not the room design js not tacky. simple design and not overdone like some cheap OYO hotel. will stay here again

the curtain wheel is broken and I need to fix it as a temporary solution to make sure I can close the curtain. and another issue is the washroom door cannot close, the wifi connection is not strong for the smart tv which I need to use my mobile as a hotspot and the aircond swing arm is loose where you can't control the air flow.

The carpets in the room were sticky and the toilet floor was dirty. I suggest taking a hotel slipper over before you overnight here.

Its super cheap for a family room of four. Bed was solid and water heater works well
