Amazing facilities for families, and hotel offered baby cot and sterilising equipment with room. Pool was spacious and had lots of shaded areas. Rooms were really spacious and beautiful views.

The property is somewhat outdated and in need of renovation. Towels are not a high-end standard. Despite the buffet breakfast being crowded, there was ample food available. A subpar food selection for this high-end resort is concerning. The area was not spacious enough for the crowd that was packed in. Coffee cups and glasses were consistently in short supply. The online ordering system, which requires you to scan a QR code to access room service, needs to be fixed. It would not process my order because it exceeded the 23:00 hour cutoff time. I contacted room service and the staff member confirmed that they are open round-the-clock. The staff is very amiable and accommodating. Food was delivered less than 15 minutes later.

Our room has a stunning sea view and is easily accessible to the beach. The staff members were all friendly and courteous. Darren at the front desk is both kind and helpful. The amenities are exceptional, including beach slippers and complimentary local beverages. It's a nice touch to have amenities that are kid-friendly.

The buffet was overpriced and disappointing. My 12 year old child ate white rice, some skewers and ice cream and yet I still paid adult buffet price. The breakfast experience in the main dining room was overwhelming, so many people and quite loud and crowded inside and just a bit too warm to sit outside.

Good food at CoCo Joe's. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed slept very good. The balcony was nice; overlooking the golf area. We bought a pass to Horizon Lounge and that was the best thing we did. We enjoyed happy hour there and the breakfast experience was lovely. Visit Chi Spa, it is beautiful.

The downside of the buffet is that there is a lot of food wastage. Would be nice if the hotel encouraged guests to not waste food. Bed was a bit hard.

The room was wonderful; spacious, clean and with a great view. Also provided us with clean filtered water for drinking. There was so much variety at the breakfast buffet that we couldn't possibly try everything. The facilities like the recreation room and pools and pool slides were great! There's even a clownfish discovery center that we could visit, and saw clownfish eggs!

The breakfast vegetable's choice was a bit limited (compared to Shangri-La Singapore for instance). The tables needed sometimes to be cleaned more.

The place needs a bit of renovation, the room design is a bit old fashioned and WiFi is really slow in the hotel

The sunset and ocean view is great from the room, the breakfast buffet is nice and the spa is exceeding expectations! The best part is the private pier and island hoping day tour inside the hotel, which you can put expense on room credit, the cashless experience is convenient and staff are really friendly!
