Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

MalaysiaShould get more shops to set up in Pinnacle as there are not much shops within walking distance.
The room was clean. The bed was nicely arranged. But the best part to me is the breakfast which was well balanced with Asian and Western varieties. The staff are polite and well trained with good manners.

MalaysiaThis is my first visit here, just have 2 things I’m not like about it. Entrance light was defect Every time we come out from the room there will be very bad smell, like destroy food. It’s actually comes from same row of my room they put the plates with meats out side the door which left the whole day. Even today when I checked out the plates still there.
