Is on 24 floor nice view and nice lobby with guards. fridge is cold and many things provided.

Overall bad experience!!!! Once done booking got direct message frm the management /owner asking & insisting you to pay deposit of rm200 immediately , as normally we pay during the chk in time.. But here they keep on whatsapp & insisting you to pay the 200 and reminding we will not provide the homestay details untill we got the 200, come on.. My chk in on the next day, sure im goin to pay that while i reach that location... They were so money minded... Secondly regret taking the homestay totally not clean, stuffy bad smell ( seriously like vomiting) Master room toilet, water clogged... Bedsheet & pillow case was recycled with bad sweating smell ( the owner ask me to get the febreze frm cupboard to spray n sleep when i made the complaint to them... Pillows totally with stains... (chk my photos) Homestay in the picture shown in booking.com was not the same, total rundown... They sent you a list of do's & dont... really frustrating... Every single move, you can be penalised... Those planning with family, pls dont!!! I had nightmares...

*you also pay what you get* because The bathroom is quite dirty& too dark. Bedsheet is dirty too 😭 And most importantly is the water heater of shower ….there’s no hot water after the first day. Hope it will be different for my next visit .

First, the place is nothing like the image they shared. Was totally dissapointed the moment step inside the house. Poorly arranged, old house ,had bad smell when open the water tap. Stayed because didnt have a choice as its hard to find another place at last moment & had kids to manage with lots luggages. Never going to book this place again.

You couldn't really watch anything using the tv somehow (we couldn't even log into our own netflix acc)

The view was nice and the appartment was roomy and comfortable. The rooms were clean and basic appartment necessities were provided.

Lifts and carpark were a bit dark. There were some stains in the toilet seats. The house deco was quite simple so the price is more due to the location. But overall, stay was satisfactory.

1. In one of the rooms the air conditioner water was leaking so we had to shift the mattress from that room to the hall to sleep. This was really a huge disappointment for us. 2. When we were cleaning our dishes and using the sink to wash our hands the sink water was leaking down as well. Therefore, whenever we used the sink it was really pesky and uneasy. 3. Unfortunately the mattress in one of the rooms was uncomfortable to sleep on because the mattress spring was broken and we could hear the creaking sound from inside the mattress when we rollover. 4. The bathroom was not clean and the rooms were dusty. Overall, we had a terrible day staying in your apartment for 3 days 2 nights. We really hope that the management looks serious about the maintenance of the properties in the apartment. Thank you!

To be honest, the only thing that I liked is the stable wifi connection.

I totally very disppointed, the price is not even worth for the damage i went through, the so called secret lock broke my nails and cause me bleeisding! Host is very harsh, i told the water heater is not working, asked me to do troubleshooting i paid more than rm900++ and you want me to do it everything??? the master room bathroom so smelly, my son keep asking what is that smell. Dusty and the sinc keep flooding with water,we hv to pump out the water manually using our bare hands. They are very good at asking for money and immediate payment needs to be done, one minute late also keep asking n asking. BT when i ask for my deposit back they ask me to wait! many reminders were sent for check out must be on time! bt when i asked back for my deposit 1000 excuses were given! They took advanatge on travellers who want to extend!

The property caters for 5 people yet there was only one parking bay available. It will be great if the management could arrange for at least 2 parking bays for each home especially for those coming in large groups.

The location of the apartment was convenient for us. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. The property was clean and they also provided appliances which were useful for us.

The water drain cover at the entrance to B1 some time moving when we driving a car going thru inside/ outside apartment.

Propper guide from management from the beginning till get in to the Sky Pod residence. Kita jaga kita 😊

there’s very dirty unit, furnishing very bad and almost broken furniture, many ants everywhere. cheated by the rating of the unit. not recommended to stay. cheated by the rating which is not true at all.
